My laptop got infected last night and it was my fault cause I tried to get some games from random sites that I don't use often, yet even with all obvious signs it's a malware before, while download and while installing. Try going to the task manager find the apps running in the background stop the file you think is the malware from running from running then delete it. If that doesn't work get your PC checked professionally
im not dealing with low performance. im dealing with some weird things. lap top will shot off or restart for no reason. wifi will connect and disconnect. sometimes simply disappear all together. i tried the the offline scan but i am apperently in need of a key number that i don't know where to find .

I realized after that I screwed up but now their is a sketchy user added onto my pc that has special permissions and I feel has taken away some of my permissions. Do you have any tips to help remove this without losing access or control of my pc ☹️

Hey man what I did was reset my pc with settings (Settings> reset PC> Reset and lose files>cloud reset) and itll work fine again but for the wifi you'll need to buy a new router
