Just blasted legs and back today we have a back and biceps coming soon? Used to do "The beast" version of back and biceps but it got taken down unfortunately loving the videos by the way keep it up bro!
Thanks, and nice work to you too! Summer is proving to be crazy and the basement is currently covered in sheetrocking mud dust which means the gym is a storage room. p90x definitely has too much back work, the sheer amount of pull-ups you do in a week is unnecessary, but still a great workout.
