I'm starting the process on playing ball hockey (not on skates) any websites or gear that I should have in mind. like sticks, gloves and pads I should get. what type of stick should I use? if you could help me out that would be awesome! thank you and keep up the amazing work!
Sam ONE what type of stick? Composite or like the normal Bauer CCM stuff. Cause I always go cheap on gear but make sure my helmet and cage and stick are good

If your bad at difence then just hit the player thats what I do and thats one of the reasons that I am good at difence or just pock check even tho you mite get a penlty and some times for hiting you mite get an interfirence so ya.
