I think you still have time do a Google search for pre-chilled tulip bulbs. I found a site from another TH-cam video. I can't remember it right now

I just bought 10 packs of perrenial bulbs from Costco. I am in Northern California 9 B

Is it ok to plant bulbs now? It is raining and still temperature are between 43-59
