I was doing an artificial swarm a couple days again, bumbled trying to grab the overwintered Lemonfair queen( still new to beekeeping, 3rd year) and she flew. She seemed to be orientating to the new hive. I walked away frustrated. I came back the next day to look and there she was, walking around like she owned the place. Sometimes I am so lucky. Queen I got from you last year is doing great. I did an artificial swarm with her about 2 weeks ago after overwintering in a baseball sixed cluster. She is doing great. Thanks for sharing.
