    This is wonderful! I'm so happy to have found your channel! I run a community on Facebook called "Attitude of Gratitude with Chronic Pain," and each afternoon I post what I refer to as 'breath breaks.' I choose a short meditation video that all my members can do, regardless of whether they regularly meditation or not. I try to keep them around 5 minutes, and I choose ones with soothing guidance and that have wonderful topics to help us get through our day!
