Sykkuno is the world's best example of why protagonist energy and plot armor can't exist in real life.
Because we get THIS.
And GOD is it beautiful to see.

HEROs are a deck that can compete with the best of them. They can combo, recover, and swing back at enemy boards. It's a twenty year old deck that's still getting support and still fun to this day.
Such a fitting Archetype for a Protagonist.
If it had one or two quick effect negates, it honestly would become tier 1 again. Heros have high power monsters, probably the most adaptability for any archetype due to the absurd amount of cards, board breakers etc. Just no negatives or even really quick effects outside of phoenix enforcer
@EliteHoopster2018 it would really help the deck in turn 1. The best end board now is Dark Law and DPE, maybe Sunrise if you can get it. The downside with this deck is that it doesn't play well with non-archetype cards. If it did, Stratos may get banned again.
Without Forbidden Droplet, this duel could have gone pretty bad for him. Elemental Heroes' biggest weaknesses are hand traps and effects that can negate their special summons or destroy their pivotal monsters that they need to fusion summon or special summon other monsters.
@@1rotzy honestly I wish more decks locked into archetypes. Newer decks wit locks, at most do type or attribute which allows for such generic endboards. But it’s understandable ig bc they dnt have the support of the older decks with their vast amount of cards

As a Ninja Player, it hurts my soul how this man played the deck 😢 bro did all the wrong plays fr! Sykk could have also ended the battle even Morris early but it makes sense that he didn't (because it wouldn't have been entertaining)
As a ninja player myself, I see eye to eye. My ninjas even stood against branded, labrynth and many others...

Heros is one of my favorite yugioh archetypes to see, JUST because its so built around fusions instead of doing 8 synchro summons and 3 XYZ summons. Its still a degenerate number of special summons, but its "good old fashioned yugioh" just turned up to 11
This confirms that Ninja-Simorgh lock is still stronger.

Wake up your Elemental Hero is a beast of a card. If you loaded up your entire field, you can fuse them all into it and itll do rediculous damage.
If you had 4 fusion monster and put them all into it, itd have roughly 4k attack and attack 4 times.
And like what Sykkuno did, if you wipe their monsters, it does an extra 2500 Direct damage automatically. Even if it used all its attacks already.
