Hello, I have a question. What do I do if it does not want to shut off nor do anything else? It's just doing a beep sound whenever I'm clicking on something. Pls help, it has started to heat!!
It happened to me aswell but then when i turned it on and waited a few seconds approximately 20seconds when i took a picture it work. So my advice is wait a bit and then try. (I hope this helps)
No ink, the paper is thermo sensitive, by appliying heat to paper you get different cllors, you buy only pack of paper. This why it is called zero ink technology

Same. These batteries are meant to be in use every now and then. If your camera was in storage for too long battery is deeply discharged . I bought new battery online and it works

If no paper there is error, this is instant printer, when you take a picture it will print instalntly.

You need the model S with app connection. PC connection is not possible

What about colours. Do we need to fill it anytime??
You need no color, the paper is thermo sensitive and changes color as the heat is applied to it. This is why the technology is called Zero Ink.

Hi, yes, if you do not put paper in the camera and only have SD card, it will work like any other digital camera, save to SD

Check the cable or try another USB port if you are charging from USB. To me it worked fine via USB and via phone charger

If it heats then there is something wrong with Zoemini, you should bring it to service
Mine is just printing blank pages, how do I fix that? It was working fine and know it’s not. I have changed the film and it still won’t work
