MaxFun 10 Pro is a 72v electric scooter with Italian PMT tires, dual motors, and claims 60 miles of range. In this electric scooter review well observed the top speed, acceleration, range, brakes, and a variety of other key factors to help you make an informed escooter purchasing decision. This scooter has dual sine wave controllers which gives buttery smooth power deliver, which is not true on all electric scooters.
The random Suron reference was totally appreciated. This little scooter seems smooth and powerful. A totally easy set-up and it passed all the tests. Much appreciation to the law enforcement professionals in LA who always seem to have their hands full. Thanks Matt!
Two weeks ago, I got my hands on this scooter and honestly, it's been an incredible experience. The handling is pretty slick and the ride is seamless, thanks to its superior suspension system. The 72V hub motor doesn't disappoint with its power output and the scooter boasts a dependable LG battery. It rides on PMT tires and uses a Nutt brake system, which play a significant role in its swift performance. Given its price point, it's quite a pleasant surprise to see all the accessories are from well-known brands. If you're looking for bang for your buck, this scooter is unbeatable in my opinion.

8:55 if you want to enable the electric break, it’s in the P settings I bet. You can also make changes like have it set to mph instead of km, change from zero to start to kick to start, the max power, and more.
There are setting method in the manual that come with the electric scooter, including how to switch Km/h to mph, and gear 1 set the kick-start mode.
Great review. Speed is definitely disappointing for a 72v 1500w dual scooter. Looks to be manufacturer speed limited. Im thinking it can be unlocked via the menu somehow.
I agree. My VSETT 10+ with 60V and 1400W dual motors goes just as fast at 43 MPH
Yep, my 52V Apollo Phantom V3 has two 1200w motors & I've hit 43mph. This scooter has the performance of something around 500w per wheel, not sure why they're putting such huge motors in it. The Segway's GT2 top speed is about 45mph & it has 3000w per wheel - so there must be something to this "huge motor, feeble top speed" scenario.
the benefit of this scooter is that when the battery gets low it will still be able to hit higher speeds, opposed to just going very fast 50+@@xtoofur
@@Freestyleny I suppose that's fair enough. I can imagine that it'll probably be able to maintain that max speed even as the battery discharges, assuming that was the manufacturer's objective and the controller allows it.
It would be interesting to see if fitting a seat on it could improve top speed. A lot of air is blocked standing up and less safe if you crash!

I dunno if anyone has mentioned it but I thought there was a dead pixel on my tv but I only ever see it only on your videos. So I think the gopro your using has a dead pixel.

@@JuicedJoyrides Right side of the screen, middle just about. With this review of the scooter I was able to see it more due to the dark parts of the video when you are unboxing and going over the scooter. At :47 in the video you can see it on your finger.

I aint seen a scooter better than the GT2 yet. Sure kabo and Voro got their speeds but not nearly as comfortable. And If Spending 2500 on a scooter? they can do better. 😢

Right now we live in the Wild West days of e-biking.
It's just a matter of time before heavy regulations come down.
You also have to consider the car makers want more money so some places they could be out right banned, or something stupid like 15mph max speed......like it is in Europe.
If this was priced around $1,500 it might be a good deal, but at $2,199 ..nope
Invest a little more and purchase a Segway GT2 which has superior quality compared to these generic type EV’s

I believe there is a review with this, segway and a apollo about all the test, not a big difference but longer battery than those, so it's worth it under $2,000

I’m sure there’s no bad intentions, but it’s kinda nuts to include the shot where someone is lying on the ground like that … it might be someones brother, father, son etc.
Definitely 0 bad intentions, and just bringing us along for the ride in the daily life of the LA area, good and bad. You'll see people face down in the streets, thievery, blocked off zones where people just got shot, etc. The footage we get is what he saw on the ride. What would be nuts is somebody going into the japanese suicide forest with the intent to film and upload a dead body. But what kind of major youtuber would do that

Anyways I have that vsett10+ but has crap quality brakes vsett brand and rear suspension gave out on me.

This 72 volt scooter only goes up to 45 mph. Honestly, that’s pretty lame. With a price of $2,200 it should have a higher top speed. The capability at least. Sorry there are better options out there. 0:08

Hey, when you ride on the bike path in Venice does the scooters ever peel out from under you due to the sand being on the surface? 🤔 I’m guessing that TCS (traction control) on my Ninebot Max G2 🛴 would help with that possible issue.
I try to avoid that situation 😆 I see it happen to tourists regularly
