He's failed at many things. But that comment sounded weird from the first time I heard it. I get that they were trying to build it up to Cartman having created an even worse monster than himself.
But the guy has started fake religions, gotten everyone's parents sent to prison, people he didn't like sent to prison. Lead a rebellion in the future, started multiple successful businesses. He lacks the patientece to keep them going or doing any of the actual work himself. But he's really good at getting people do to things for him all the time.

His vocabulary is slowly expanding!

At the end of the day, heidi only turned out the way she is because every one of her friends made her out to be stupid, even wendy did the same and shes a bloody feminist. Putting her down like that only drew her back to cartman to prove that she wasnt stupid, but in the end it changed her to that much of a degree. Its only til then that the girls realise how bad the situation is, and its because of them and cartman. Heidi truly got screwed by them all.

The most cursed and freaky fact is that those Tardigrades are likely still alive and, if sentient, colonizing Heidi's stomach. They can survive anything between burning hot lava and deep space. Amd she chugged not only a jar of them, but a jar that had lye in it.

They have found ones that are thousands of years old and all dried up and basically dead and once they get some moisture back in them they come back to life.. Crazy little creatures

There aren't even that many instances, but it has happened more than once, and I think you've almost reacted to all the episodes where it happened.
