For Flutter you just have to learn Dart but with React native you have to learn.
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jsx.

Flutter is insanely cool. Haven't used React Native but Flutter will be the best hybrid tool in near years.

You cant say best, when you are yet to try the competition

Instead of Google ads you should have said Google Pay as that's the major app and about Facebook and Instagram they are not completely in React Native, only some part of the app are in react native.

The main advantage of React Native is CODE PUSH/FASTLANE (especially when having many products teams working on a Micro front end Architecture), Flutter has many advantages over RN (until RN will have the new Architecture, then they will be more similar than different). The competition is good!!

When I see people on Upwork,They usually have both profiles of Flutter/React Native Developers,So best thing is to learn both, but spent at least 1 year completely in one framework and after 1 year start other framework,Now it depends on you which framework you start first and which afterwards.Good Luck.

My conclusion: Go with React Native now but plan your future with Flutter.

It was so easy to notice that an intern is not looking into camera but some other screen just to read aloud the contents. This is not the good idea at all when you have 450K+ subscriber and you could not find a guy who can explain things from his experience.

Flutter only has Developer's Interest, not many enterprise have interest in it.
Asides Reflectly, and Google applications no major app has been built with flutter.
Good for mvp, yes not so for enterprise apps.

Today, many major apps are using flutter. Big companies like Alibaba and Tencent in China have adopted flutter and are using it to make hybrid applications that they have said to have a native feel and experience. Tencent for example says flutter has helped improve development efficiency, increase app parity, and deliver an excellent developer experience and they have moved their apps completely to flutter. My advise to anyone thinking about learning flutter is just go for it.

learn flutter, you will be good at one thing instead of being good at alot of things, with react native, you will use expo, and also need to learn html, css and javascript,i tried react native and even though i have a react js experience i still couldn't understand what the hell react native was, flutter on the other hand was magical, took me a while to understand it but ooh My God,you can do anything with it and you also have firebase to power up the backend of your app,Go with flutter
