I am making wholemeal bread today. I haven't made bread in months, I struggle with brown bread as it always ends up dense. But I keep trying lol. Thank you for the tip of putting flour on the tea towel to stop the dough from sticking. I shall try this.

Nice video!! I also make sourdough bread (usually one big loaf every other week). I like your idea of putting whole garlic cloves in it, and, was that dried rosemary you sprinkled in there? I am also wondering why you crinkle the parchment paper? I use parchment paper too, but haven't crinkled it.

Hey Jacquie, its so nice to hear from you ☺️ yes! Garlic cloves and rosemary make for a delicious loaf! I crinkle the parchment paper so it molds to the bread shape and lays a little better in the dutch oven- just a little easier to handle when crinkled 🙂 yay! I’m so glad it inspired you to clean your car too- the inside sometimes gets overlooked when we’re on the go!

1 Tbs juice from freshly grated ginger
2 Tbs Honey (Or any sweetener)
1 Tbs Lemon juice
1 Mug hot water
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy 💕
