Oh heck, I didn't even think about that being part of the clear con until after finishing the video. If there is a clear video of that level it would be cool to see in action but between the weird triple jumps, the springboard cannon timing and the clear con getting in the way (and lack of practice and/or preview doors), it seems kinda bad overall. At least make it red coins instead of 10s if the opening section is getting that blocked!
For anyone wondering Panga couldn't triple jump because he was holding a pow. When you are holding an item you can not triple jump, so the wanted the player to throw the pow before jumping off of the buzzy beetle.
For the Kaizo level with the triple jump, I was literally screaming in my head "You can't triple with an item in hand, throw the POW before jumping on the beetle!"

@@zombiekiwi no one 100% knows since everything the developer teased were only given through hints, but i'll be glad to share what it most likely has: • a checkpoint save system for when you exit a level • monstercat and ncs songs in the game • no-clip for practice mode • a new demon difficulty, gauntlet, or something else (this was one of the most heavily debated hints) • an in-game purchase system to buy mana orbs and yeah that's about it

ok if my little knowledge of mm2 is correct, i think the reason why sometimes the spring double jump into the pow near the beginning doesnt work is because sometimes he gets bounced by the spring BEFORE jumping, resulting in a flaccid single jump, rather than the intended jumping INTO the spring, getting a double jump before hitting the spring. wait but i just realized this while writing this comment, how would he get the triple jump after hitting the spring if the spring is the root of the problem? is it the root? is it really because mario is running for a nanosecond too long??? does panga really just have to get lucky????? thats what it feels like honestly with mm2s double/triple jump shenanigans. somebody more knowledgeable than me please tell me why panga doesnt double jump and why sometimes he does. this has honestly been killing me for this entire kaizo level segment
