Here in Switzerland, we also have that kind of shop, named for example "Tout à 2 CHF" (all for 2 CHF, approx. 2 USD). And we can find quite the same kind of things ! @@ItsThaithings A " cheap charlie " is a person who doesn't like buy expensive things, staying within his budget,particularly if he went into girl bar, not buying everybody in the bar a drink, there are exceptions to this, if I was feeling very generous, then yes! And I don't think there is anything wrong with that.
