I know you can get these 1997-2001 camry for cheap and everyone loves "camry". But consider looking for 2002-2006 camry. It's a much better car. The 1997-2001 have issues when they get old that are a real pain to deal with when you need to fix all the problems prior to sale.
finding parts especially exact ones for a semi classic vehicle like this 98' Camry can be challenging. The gap in years from today and from the year it was manufactured is very wide to find compatible parts.
Almost 2000 rpm’s at start up. Def clean throttle, mass air flow sensor. Do new spark plugs, fuel treatment in the gas, fresh oil change and air filter and send it on its way.
Well that's rather interesting lol like you take it out of the salvage yard, start to fix it then its guts went all over the floor and to the actual junk yard.... Hope no one pulles the engine thinking its still good possibly lol.
Not understanding how you “pierced the engine”? Sure it wasn’t the oil filter?

You’re right. I do get them for cheap. If the numbers make sense, i’ll buy it.

Normal for 1mz v6 on cold startup
2015 Altima? No transmission problem? The next video should be interesting!
That is correct. Correctly editing the videos as we speak.
did you use a OBD code reader to check for engine codes before purchasing it?
No I haven’t. The majority of the cars that’s in the auction come with a dead battery
I bought this at may 18 2013 😂2023 ?🤣 very funny lol
Oh wow. I’m glad you pointed that out. I did not even notice
Do you rebuild classic cars too? And if you do is it possible to daily drive them?
I don’t rebuild classic cars
That stuff happens sometimes. Hopefully you didn’t lose too much money.
You’re right. Two things i’ve learned from this.
1. Torque wrench.
2. Not all parts are made the same
🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️I seen that 186000 Miles~>good 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀on the next one.😊
Thanks for showing the risks of the business. It happens sometimes.
Indeed my friend

That’s a gamble when you buy a engine from the junkyard.
Why didnt you parts out the car like the rims then other parts for people
Looking for camry parts? Then go ahead to junk it then get paid 350
my space is limited. so I had to get rid of it to make space for another vehicle
