I lost both my parents and I never get to know my mother’s side till date and my father’s side are all gone (late)too my brother has been missing for years now and he’s no where to be found up to date 😢I have no siblings no family that care about me I know I’m only but it’s well I believe God got my back 🙏

Today is the day of salvation! Jesus Christ shed His perfect blood for *you* at Calvary. He died for *all* your sins (past, present and future) according to the scriptures, was buried and rose again the third day according to the scriptures. He appeared to over 500 people at once and then ascended into heaven. Jesus is coming back one day to judge the world. All he ask _you_ to do is believe He did this for you and for you to put your full trust in Him alone as *your* personal saviour and He will give you eternal life. You cannot lose something that last forever or it wouldn't be eternal. That is the good news of the gospel! 🙂

This hymn is one of my late parents favourites. We used to sing it in Lum Bawang, our Borneo tribal language. Today, my only daughter who is away studying shared this hymn in our family WhatsApp group. Am full of emotions, singing along. On Christ the Solid Rock we stand. He's our only hope. Hallelujah. All other ground is sinking sand.
You are in my prayers who reads I pray that Christ will lift you up and bring you out of the situation that you're in that he will give you the strength to endure while you're in it. Know that you can lean on him know that even when the prayers not answer right away he does here and I think he's just testing us before he blesses us I always say in times of hardship that God is good and in times of good God is good God is always good so don't you give up that fight some fight in there with you let's finish this race Jesus strong we are almost home glory to Christ. Christ will bring you through this storm I can assure you when you trust him he will bless you... if Christ is for us who is against us there's a song that I really love that I always listen to Christ alone this rock I stand all of their ground is sinking sand. I know it can be hard really hard at times in those moments rest assured in Christ knowing that he is with us he cares about us and sometimes things don't go the way that we want them to go but he's using them to draw us closer to him I pray that this blesses you and touches you. One day we will be in heaven with our Lord and savior and I can tell you this I'll have a big old bear hug for you. I carry your burdens with you more importantly Christ carries your burdens with you when you bring them to him rest in him. we're going to get through this. Because Christ came and Concord before us.

I'm grateful for the lyrics. I had left the Sabbath and now by God's grace, the Lord Jesus Christ has pulled me back into Him, to go back no more. May I kindly receive prayers from all the Saints. There's so much I want to share but please pray for me as the Holy Spirit leads.

This is a hymn my husband grew up with in Baptist churches. We sang it a lot. This is the most beautiful arrangement we’ve ever heard. Vocals, instruments, and a good tempo that allows you time to absorb the message of the words. Thank you for this gift!

We shall never find happiness by looking at our prayers, our doings, or our feelings; it is what Jesus is, not what we are, that gives rest to the soul.
If we would at once overcome Satan and have peace with God, it must be by "looking unto Jesus." Keep your eye simply on him; let his death, his sufferings, his merits, his glories, his intercession, be fresh upon your mind; when you wake in the morning look to him; when you lie down at night look to him. I originally heard this at a wedding of some friends. I haven't heard it in quite a while but I was brought here because I am reading Common Prayer: A Liturgy For Ordinary Radicals. In the morning prayer for today, it also had this song to sing. It's a great song. I'm making a playlist of all the songs I come across in the book. It has a song everyday, so after I get through it, I will have a very large playlist. I only have 3 songs currently because I just started. Thanks for posting this.

Bless the Lord I heard this song in my spirit. It's truly a blessing to have someone whose always there with you to stand and that you can trust to stand on knowing that this Rock Jesus Christ would never leave me nor forsake me whether it be good times or sad times. Like the foot prints in the sand when I saw both pairs that's God and I walking together but when I saw one pair that's God's foot prints and He's carrying me for when I'm weak He's strong amen. I was just singing this song this morning!!! i wake up before everyone else. I am disabled and live with my oldest son and his family. My 2 sons' were raised on Christ in a Bible teaching and doing church . they have both left the faith. my heart breaks for them!! They made their professions of faith and were baptized and lived the Christian life for years, then nothing. I pray continuously.

No one can come to Me, unless the Father who sent Me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Yahweh is our Father that sent Yeshua and since Yeshua is saying here in this scripture no one can come to Him unless Yahweh draws Him then maybe you can pray this scripture to the Father and tell Yahweh what Yeshua said and say I am asking you Father to draw my oldest son and his family to You. They can't be drawn unto you, unless You do it. You did it before and you can do it again. It is finished in Yeshua's name. AMEN

i never gave up my faith....but as a young man i took on a rebellious lifestyle ...did not go to a church service for 28 yrs....in 2013 just a couple of months after my mother passed and then taking away driving privileges from my 89 yr old dad i now had to drive him to church..first service to church ,same church i grew up in,it was becoming a very hot june day...as we went up the steps to the vestibule i could hear the worship team singing one of my mothers favorite hymns.....blessed assurance....the doors to enter the congregation had not been closed yet so i could see many enjoying the hymn and swaying in the spirit..then i felt a really nice cool refreshing breeze blowing through onto us in the vestibule...i'll never forget that...i felt like the lord was saying....welcome home.....i needed everyone of my mothers prayers......keep praying....god bless.
