@Moon Boy Criminality is killing Nigerians. Crime is high. Afrobeat is the only thing that has been good for Nigeria in the past 10 years. This isn't something to call names or insult anyone. We're just dealing with facts. A lot of Nigerians have moved to Ghana, ask yourself why. Our universities are packed with Nigerians. Sharia law will soon take over the country. When did you join Boko Haram
The accra property is expensive for what it offers.Haven't said that if the Abuja property was in maitama or Asokoro in Abuja, which is the equivalent of cantonment in Accra it would be more than one million dollars.Abuja is the richest capital city in Africa, any investment there would always yield greater returns than Accra, area for area. I agree with the smart house thing,Africans don't realise the danger and disadvantages of these smart features yet. This is going to be the new crime, virtual burglars, hackers etc.
I do not gree totally with Steve on the price and profitability of the Accra over the Abuja. Wuye may not be centrally located and thus outside the affordability index of residence inn near by towns but if used as a short let apartment, it will earn more cash flow that the Accra's. Plus the Abuja property cost more than the Accra. Although both are valued at $1m , due to the cedi's decimalization, the Accra property is cheaper.
IMHO the Accra house is already at the top of the market price wise, due to it being in one of the most expensive areas of Accra. Abuja, the land itself will go up in value every year as more buildings are constructed. There is room for the market to move upwards.

As for me don’t let us judge ACCRA and ABUJA with mansion
Moreover I watched some videos on TH-cam about few days ago where by they are making the comparism between this ACCRA in question with LAGOS and one thing about those Ghanaian is that they don’t even want to bow for Lagos cities and this Lagos net worth is even richer that GHANA 😅😅😅 so how come are you comparing ACCRA with LAGOS
Safety. Peace. Knowing I won’t get killed when I go outside. Knowing my children are safe when they go to school. Is that not enough. Is that not better than so called luxury.
@@fidelisbanaaleh6980 yeap we all know the is farer better than so called luxury, but this Ghanaian don’t even know their country mate for the fact that they know what they are doing they shouldn’t compare ACCRA with ABUJA anymore. Paraventual, they only have this ACCRA in question as their own country the most beautiful and not know that there are much more places in LAGOS, ABUJA Nigeria that are even beautiful more than the luxury that they are comparing between each other
you should visit, by a land and build a house of your choice and better features with less than a million dollar here in ghana
This guy is not right about the location of the property not being safe in abuja.
I live in Abuja, i have friends living in wuye, the value of property in Abuja is sky rocketing everyday.
He should try comparing homes in maitama, asokoro and guzape in Abuja, and thank me later 😊
1mil in what currency? The starting monthly salary there is less than $1000USD
It’s Abuja🇳🇬 for me, there’s Simply no comparison with Accra Ghana . No jab to Accra , it’s jusT simply FACTS!!! Accra, Ghana is Beautiful as well..
Lol😂 funny ass Nigerians😂
Who will show his/her left hand to point to their fathers house even if it's shit...
@@frostnelly45 Nothing funny about what I said! It’s Facts!
You just Jabbed tho.
🤩🤩
U can't be comparing Accra and Abuja because Accra is merely getting new modern houses
He forget to mention SAFTEY. Ghana will come on top in terms of SAFETY
As a Ghanaian l will choose GHANA over Nigeria for Safety.
What is safety in Ghana
He is in Abuja and I can say that Accra is not safer than Abuja oh
Ghana is like a village to Abuja, u can not use where the vip leave in Ghana to compare where average citizens leaves in Nigeria because they are of thesame price, he should use where vip leaves for both cities and not the other way round. My humble submissions
A place with no electricity is not more of a village? Even Nigerians are moving every day to Ghana. It's much safer than in Nigeria.
And you are not ashamed that a village is being compared to your so called city/Abuja
Look at how every Nigerian trying soo hard to bring Ghana down but we care less .salt doesn’t praise itself
@@multyz1 thank God the world is beginning to hear the crimes and killings coming from ghana.
nice and dope
I pick Abuja

Welcome to the family!
The Steven guy that made the video was seriously biased especially after meeting the builders and designers of the Accra homes.
Omg! Could you imagine a virtual burglar??!! Ay Yi Yi!😖 No tech homes for us.
The price given is just suggestions not real price.
The reason why the Nigeria one is cheap because you can't get electricity 24 hours but Ghana the electricity is 24 hours
@@sm4life509 That's a lie the electricity is not 24/7 in Ghana.Nigeria probably supply part of Ghana electricity if l'm not mistaken..😂
@@suntanglory Don't mind them they've forgotten we have Nigerians living in Accra 😅😅😅
React to 10 Hollywood celebrities you won't believe are south African
No Alexa for the lights not the doors.
It's in dollars, not Cedi's or Naira.
IMHO the Accra house is already at the top of the market price wise, due to it being in one of the most expensive areas of Accra. Abuja, the land itself will go up in value every year as more buildings are constructed. There is room for the market to move upwards.
I Agree with the Original commenter
