Its quite a bit cheaper to go to South Africa and hunt 4 to 5 species than to go out west (In the U.S.) and hunt a bull elk. Ive done the math over and over and ill be in Limpopo next June! Great job!
@@jonathanhayward3013 Demand, demand, demand. I live in Arizona and up on the White Mountain Apache reservation they get $20k for tags to hunt trophy bulls, and boy do they have them. Arizona has some of the biggest elk anywhere.
6:29 I wonder what type of rifles they were using? I used a 30.06 in South African and it tended to drop a little too much after 300 metres. I live in Australia and hunt here weekly.
We use 300 win mags. All the rifles have tactical scopes which can be adjusted to counter act the drop. You can see the PHs zeroing the scopes after the shot
This was great to watch. I have hunted in South African and it was reasonably priced compared to other places. I wonder what type of rifles they were using? I used a 30.06 in South African and it tended to drop a little too much after 300 metres. I live in Australia and hunt here weekly.
The heavier guy is not careful......he may blow the head off of the guide. Chambered the round n was carrying the gun carelessly, muzzle pointed at the guide in front. Gentlemen safety first!

Why so expensive? To go out west
@@jonathanhayward3013 It's supply and demand. As long as there are hunters that will pay 15k for an elk or mule deer, that's what it will cost.
