That kind of reminds me of the spicy tuna hand roll my dad used to make me at his restaurant with sriracha mayo sauce (like it extra spicy 🥵). What a spicy salmon I am! Did you know that salmon can jump like 10 feet out of the water?! Crazy right? I didn't know, but we randomly decided to go to a fish hatchery a week or so ago and it was salmon swimming up stream time of the year lol.
