Yet again Pivot knocks it out of the park! As i kinda teased on my DeviantArt, I do have concepts for my own perfect Carnivores game that I've been working on for ages now, although I'm beginning to realise that Carnivores Corporation might just be that! Loads of the designs are just perfect and I feel like if I was to make my own Carnivores game concept, loads of ideas would be borrowed from here!
I need to check out those concepts for your perfect Carnivores game! Love to see those ideas.
@@SaurianTarget Will Carnivores Corporation feature the M.I.S.T device? I feel like it was a nice but simple touch that makes the map system in Carnivores Dinosaur Hunter Reborn more realistic and easy to use, even includes the built in binoculars, ship trigger and the dino sound thing. Then, if you die in a certain and spawn in the same sector maybe you could find the last dead hunter's items and ammo and loot him for ammo
I also like the fact that M.I.S.T had the dinosaur's vision and hearing indicator which was a cool mechanic.
@@SaurianTarget maybe also like you said in your carnivores review when hunts feel like they end in 5 minutes and only hunting 1 dinosaur and you're done, maybe crates and structures could conceal ammo for longer and more adventurous hunts

5:14 The Utahraptor Otrsommaysorum design looks really more like the Isle's Utahraptor,but with the color pattern of the Carnivore mobile,and it looks Great to say the least.
This game gets better and better , can't wait to see the final release .
If more sauropods get added to the roster, I feel they should be Shunosaurus or Alamosaurus, one with a clubbed tail like an Ankylosaurus, the latter covered in knobby, spiky body armor!

I started playing the triassic mod yesterday! Its the best mod ever!
This has my full support, I honestly can't wait for it whenever it's finished. I think making it run on a separate engine, like unity was a great move, not limited to how many maps or ambient animals you can make from the premade stuff before it. Also, I had almost the exact same thoughts and reactions as you from the Sector selection image, lol
Saurian, I got a great mod idea that connects the Command and Conquer Tiberium universe to Carnivores.
This video was pretty good,that Pivotnaza made creatures from mobile version of Carnivores,Allthough I expected the challenge video that ive told you.
I'm amazed at how fast progress is being made on this game, it seems new models are being dropped by the week, but that does make me wonder how well the rest of the game is going at this rate ,and how far he plans to push it. One thing is for sure, I plan to play this if/when it comes out and I plan to play it and would even love to stream it (don't exactly have an audience, but hey anything to give it more attention, it can't be harder to stream than Carnivores 2 anyway!)
Because I'm playing a big game of catch-up, I'm sure these all seem like they're coming out a lot faster than they actually did... xD
Although I'd totally catch that stream if/when this thing comes out!

If only I knew where to toss feedback for CarCorp... I was wondering what the dinosaurs would look like if instead of feathers, considering they follow an alternate evolutionary path, they had long barbs or spines? This of course would be for dinosaurs Pivot designs with feathers in mind. Just an idea to make them look more sinister, alien and just because I could easily see it working for Burian's designs.
EDIT: I just noticed the silhouettes for the Sector Selection are the models he has done. Placeholders from older games, or yet to be seen reveals from Pivot? Who knows how much they could have done...

I’m really excited about this I wonder when he will do a trailer because also since he’s done so many creatures I think he has a humongous roster I wonder how the maps will look like and I imagine if he does the sectors he will do one as a time either introducing them through dlc or updates

If you go to 15:51 try read the dinosaurs for the central sector and you will see 2 dinosaurs named "???" Does this mean were getting a mystery dinosaur like the gojirasaurus from carnivores Triassic? If so I wonder what is the real name of the dinosaur

The dinosaurs are looking great, and of course I love the Sector Option! Been saying its been needed for years. But what I wonder most is how he'll be handling the DLC dinosaurs. What I hope is that on the dino selector you'll have a button (or pair of buttons) to cycle through the dinosaurs assigned to that slot/role rather than having to mess with a whole wonkiness and that your trophy room dinos won't get switched up or wonkified.
Yes, if they replace other dinosaurs (like in Carnivores 2), we'll need to watch how that affects the trophies.

I wonder if they’re could a way to take the dinosaur model he made for this game and make a Carnivores 2 mod out of the assets from Carnivores Corporation. Even though the project was canceled, I think it’s still amazing what a fans pure passion can produce!

I would really like it if we can actual interact with the structures in this, like being chased by a random dino, but there's also a dino fence gate nearby, you go in & trap the dino outside, now safe! Or even as a supplement for ammo drops, you can just enter some building that might be near & grab some ammo to continue your hunt!
I'm sure creature/structure interaction is planned!

Pele almighty, am so stoked! SO STOKED! I can't wait to see the finished product! If there's gonna be any sector-based rosters for CC, I hope we see some designs based on, say, Ice Age, Triassic and Mandibles! But I'd rather not get my hopes up.
And who knows? Maybe Carnivores: Corporation may be the first Carnivores game to feature various types of working waterfalls on its maps (the franchise's long overdue for 'em imo)! Can you imagine, for example, a Velociraptor blindsidin' ya through a block waterfall in the Jungles of Gravitsappa?! Or tryin' to hide from the Baryonyx behind a cataract waterfall in Vengar Fjords? But that's just me.
On an unrelated note, I got an idea for ya whenever ya have the time: showcasin' the sounds of entire animal rosters (huntable and ambient alike) from each mod? Y'know, from Moschops to T-Rex in Carnivores+, Lystrosaurus to Gojirasaurus in Triassic, etc. Just thinkin' out loud.
Waterfalls would definitely add a lot to the game, and that's not a bad idea about the sounds of each animal. I might take that into consideration.

I'm pretty sure Troodon Noctis is based on Troodon Pectinodon from Jurassic Park: The Game as it has lots of traits to it. Dark skin, glowing eyes, sharp talons, and strictly nocturnal creatures. Although they don't seem to have venomous bite or xenomorph-like breeding. If they added those, it will defitinely came out of nightmare fuel.
So I am guessing that the oviraptor is going to be part of the citycape dlc. I can't wait to see nanotyranus, suchomimos and giganotosaur along side the oviraptor is another dlc. I also want to see carnotoraus, styimolech and diplodocus since the carno is the second missing is the mobile dlc and having diplo and styi apper in alot of dino media.

Is it just me or am I the only one to see three ? under the Pachy and Bary on the Carnivores selection stuff.
They should make it so there is a 1/1000 chance that an ambient animal says the n word and your character instantly dies using the T. rex death animation, without the T. rex of course but there is also a 1 in 3 chance you survive and there 3 - 20 T. rex spawn along the coasts of the map

I mean... Big cats and bears, both of which are considerably smaller, typically hunt alone. Furthermore, the notion that all dromaeosaurs hunted like wolves is basically a paleomeme to my knowledge. The only evidence we have is from _Deinonychus,_ though even that's questionable as some of the supposed pack members have tooth marks in them.
TyrannosaurusLives I mean the tooth marks aren't a huge problem many animals fight over food all the time in packs like hyenas.
@@bennettfender1546 Tooth marks in the bone of dead Deinonychus with missing parts consistent with cannibalism? Is it possible that this is a sign of coordinated pack hunting? Yes, but it's far from anything conclusive and could just as easily have been a predator trap.
