    An album is like a book. You listen to an album like you're reading a book. You can't rewind a track because you'll break the whole novel. Now with streaming you only listen to short stories, like TikTok. It's all about clip thinking.

      That's a great analogy. I would add that it's also how music is made now. Very rarely will you find a conceptual album. It's a collection of songs with the hope that a few of them will become popular.

      Totally agree. The way we've changed how we consume music opens the doors for other artists, but takes so much from them at the same time.
