As an optometrist, I would suggest finding out why your eyes are dry first. Once you know why, you can address the real cause. Also, Hubble is 1980's technology which does commonly dry out by the end of the day in most eyes. There are several other brands of contacts out now that make use of innovative technology to help keep eyes seeing and feeling great, even after many hours on our digital devices.
Thank you for your input. I do see my eye doctor every year. They told me I do not have enough lubrication in my eyes to keep the contacts moist so they did give me drops for that reason. I do like my hubble contacts but going from a top brand such as air optix to hubble is a transition. Both are comfortable
They fold older bc they’re hydrophilic, meaning “water-loving,” meaning bc the chemistry of the contact it will do anything to get to water/ liquid basically, not bc they’re thin.
Gave me an eye infection, all my - 2.50 had 2 lenses in each pack leading me to believe shows a lack of quality control. Also not FIA approved. And hubble actively deletes any negative review.
St33zy Steve honestly I stopped using them! They dry my eyes out I went back to using my o2optix brand and haven’t had dryness, I also use a company now that is optikal and they send me name brand lenses and solution and I love the company! But yeah we only have two eyes so I won’t jeopardize their health
I know you don't want to place the blame on the contacts, and for everything else I would say that brand doesn't really matter, but for contacts I would say that maybe this isn't the case. Really, you want to go for quality in this case and you most likely won't have these issues. I'm a person with dry eyes and I find that 30 day and 30 night contacts work best for me. Since they're approved to sleep in (and you don't have to sleep in them), they retain moisture better. Well, that's my experience anyway. I really did want to try these out though. I heard about them on the unqualified podcast. Maybe they work for most people though.
Emmanuel E hi at the time I made this video I was trying them for quite some time and I was always an O2 optics lens wearer. I recently have switched back and I haven’t had a problem with them drying out I also hate dailies and maybe that was the issue as Hubble only has dailies and I prefer monthly lenses. Being that Hubble is a new brand I’m sure they have somethings to workout as the quality isn’t there but how can it be when they are cheap which is not something anyone should be with their eyes

Rebecca Ellis Have you ever tried Dailies total one contact lenses

yes i have switched to better ones since then
Try Dailies AquaComfort.
LeGrim Reaper I will but really like these!
Rebecca Ellis Yeah but based on your complaints about Hubble I think aquacomfort will be a better fit.
LeGrim Reaper I will certainly try them. I always have dry eyes
LeGrim Reaper:
I have super dry eyes and Dailies are the BEST! Super moist for the eyes! Even after 9hrs of wear.
thank you for the review also...thinking of trying these :)
