I have used such tape for many many purposes. The tape sticks to any type of cutter and also sticks to finger tips.
I have the perfect solution for this problem. Yes, just dip cutter and fingers in water, wipe excess water from fingers by just jerking in air.
NOW DOUBLE SIDED TAPE VERY VERY EASY TO CUT AND HANDLE BY WET TIPS IF FINGERS. AT THE SAME TIME TAPE WILL RETAIN PERFECT SHAPE AND SIZE!

NOTE:
After using many rolls and many types of surfaces I have experienced that tape will not hold for long time on tiles Formica and glass surface.
You can trick by using vertically on both sides of photo frame and horizontally on Top and bottom of frame and vertical tape length must be more than 6 inches. For bigger vertical frame use atleast three places so frame will have least scope of sliding down.

This tape can very safely used but the item will not stay on any type of wall for long long period because the Glue of tape gets parished as per its life. So
And you can very easily remove old tape and stick new again.

@@NaughtyChachhu Thank you, I don't want to use the adhesive spray which are not good enough to hold the EPE foam sheets and are expensive too. So, I was thinking to use this heavy duty double sided tape after cleaning the wall using some alcohol, I guess.

If there is a wall stand say a bath towel hook hanger. Instead of nailing it if we sticking the hook stand on a tape... How long it will stay ?
For all of your requirement try the 3M tape not the nano tape.

Mirror usually are heavier objects if you are asking for the big one, small one you can try but but I won't suggest you to do that.

90% of adhesive tapes will damage your wall. If your work is for sometime then their are less chances of damage. And you will have remove it patiently.

I used the Scotch double sided tape and my frames kept falling. Can u tell me if this one is better than the Scotch tape for hanging frames?
Yes it way better than scotch tapes. If your frames are small and not too heavy then you can definitely go.for this one.

You can try and use the tape on multiple places but still I would not recommend it.
Can it stick to wooden surface I want to put mosquito nets in my wooden windows as I don't want put nails on windows
So that net won't be much heavier you can try it once and check I can suggest that.
