Ingredients for chicken roast recipe
Chicken- 500 grams
Butter- 30 grams
Yoghurt- 100 gram
Fresh cream- 50 gram
Ginger garlic paste- 4 tsp
Tomato- chopped 3 pieces
Onion- chopped 3 pieces
Oil- 50 grams
Spices
Kashmiri chilli powder- 20 grams
Cumin powder- 20 grams
Turmeric powder- 20 grams
Chilli powder- 20 gram
Garam masala- 20 gram
Salt- 4 tsp
Process-
1)First, the chicken should be well fried with chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
2)When it is fried, you have to put butter in the oil
3)Once the butter is hot, add onion and other spices and mix well.
4)Then you have to add pre-fried chicken in that spice
5)After giving the chicken, it should be cooked well for 10 minutes then it should be given with 100 ml water
6)Then dry the water and give it with Almond peast and Fresh Cream
7)After cooking like this for another 10 minutes, serve with garam masala in it.
