Being British I find it hard to believe that your Supreme Court is as feral as your political system. What happened to an unbiased judiciary? I suppose the answer is Trump
Sad to say America has corruption all the way up to the highest level of the Government, and the Supreme Court of the USA is not exempt. At an absolute minimum, the US Supreme Court appears to be creating delays so as to help former President Trump.
That and religion, SCOTUS made corporations a person, took away a women's right to choose, and let your employer choose your medical care (birth Control, ect.) because of the employers religious right. If you're religious and own a business you can discriminate. It's like 5 Pandora boxes open over here in the USA. And we haven't even started talking about the election.

Trump asked for immunity--that's WHY there's a case about it at the Supreme Court!!!! Go back to high school senior year Govnment class.
