    Great routine, I completed it on the weekend and my forearm was burning afterwards. Have you played any games left handed yet? I’d be interested to know what level you could get too!

      Awesome. I definitely feel the burn as well. Still trying to build endurance on my left side and this routine has been helping. I am going to join the ladder at my club next month so we will see how far I can climb.

      Haha I appreciate your comment. I am no where near the international level. Club level is good for me.
