This ride is freaky as fuuck during knotts scary farm. When you walk through bobos circus maze and all of a sudden you just hear the rollback brakes lower, then a loud ass roar and screaming. LOL

I went to Knott's today and luckily there was barely anyone there, I rode this by myself for the first time and loved that shit haha. I got off and went back in the line for a round 2. Awesome ride.

Such a Crazy ride to have baby blue and pink colors
The track used to be red, but over time it faded a lot. They would have to shut down the ride for a long period of time to repaint, and without a down season it's really hard to do it without shutting down the ride for 2 or 3 months.

you know montezuma's revenge is very similar to xcelerator on 4:00 that was a cool curve on the roller coaster
Steve Archer Not even close the only similarity is they both have launches even tho they are different kinds of launches.
This was the original. Kingda Ka was a ripoff of Xcelerator.
Only it has that airtime hill before the brakes, whereas with this coaster, it has the banked turns
I swear the sound of the latch releasing from the train sounds like someone dropping a beer bottle.

I work as a ride operator at knotts and you're completely wrong. The cable snapped once and it was a freak accident no way of knowing when anything like that is going to happen, this is a risk you take on any ride you ride. Also rollbacks are caused when the train doesnt have enough speed to reach the top this can be caused by slight changes in weather wind or even weight on the ride focused on the seats in the back. Not the cable snapping or else every roll back would snap a cable.

The launch feels like Montezuma's revenge and pony express combined (their speeds together is a little bit over 82) the launch be smooth then when you crust over the time you get dragged a little (scary) after the drop the ride is good. So in conclusion, I do recommend you to get on Xcelerator.
