Supurb drone photograpy! I would have expected the building to have intrusion alarms, looking at the camera desk, it feels so sneaky stealth agent like! I have seen a lift with that extra space on top before, it looks pretty odd. Drones are quite nice to film construction works, in the east of the netherlands a new motorway was built and they had someone make official drone video's of the construction progress.
I am very surprised that it was unlocked. I have been trying to get in this building for ages.
Love the Drone footage! Used to live here when I was quite young but still pass through and visit Croydon often. Highly underrated area and doesn't deserve the stigma attached to it in my opinion.
Jake Champion it’s usually safe unless you involve yourself with the wrong crowd, most the violence is gang related.

I find it funny on fast elevators/lifts they sometimes go so fast the indicator has a hard time keeping up with the floor pass speed
Hi Ben, did you check out the Gaming Arcade - Heart of Gaming in the Whitgift? It is home to one of the very few arcades in the UK that has 90's Japanese Arcade machines. Anyway, nice vid (as always).

I'm visiting London (and Paris) this Summer! It's the first time I'll ever be out of North America! I'm so excited to visit your country (and see a fuck-ton of cool elevators/lifts)! Is there anything I should know when I'm looking around? I know it's a lot easier to get away with trespassing in the U.K. than in the U.S., but would I still get arrested if I did? And is lift surfing a civil offense there as well?
Awww yeah! Epic drone footage. An urban explorer's favourite! Is it easy to control? Very expensive?
The drone is DJI Mavic Pro and its easy to control. Cost about $1000

Sometimes I even forget that this is located in the Uk where people drive on the left side of the road but on the right hand side of a car to be honest I just find that beyond strange like world logic has sure gotten strange over time especially when asphault roads and stuff were first invented

I am guessing the laws with flying drones is more relaxed over there.. You can fly them in the US, but people are getting more and more paranoid especially since 9/11 and in some areas, the police will give you a $1500 ticket AND confiscate your drone as well and you will go through hell getting it back. I have a mini drone I have been afraid to use for that reason. I live in Los Angeles, but in my area the best bet is to check with the local police, because some areas its totally legal, but if you go just a mile or two the other direction you may be in an area where its illegal.
Over the past year, there is a guy with a jet pack flying at about 5000 feet and right in the path of planes landing at LAX - Los Angeles International Airport. I have heard the recordings from the pilots reporting it to the flight tower.
There could use them disused floors for homelessness do them into flats

if i see you surfing lifts when i'm out and about i will call the police on you. you give lift enthusiasts and the rest of the elevator community a bad name.
You should really back off, even if you call the police they wouldn’t do anything at all. Surfing a lift without any knowledge is dangerous, but if you know how to surf one than it’s still unsafe, but with your knowledge you know how to take precautions. This is an opinion, you can’t just push it at people
Have fun trying to get the police to do anything about someone who hasn't commited a single crime. Makes you look pathetic, threatening to waste police time just to exact vengeance on your special one.
