A couple quick things, there’s a shot in the bottom right of the forgotten crossroads (past where you fought the gruzz mother originally). Also there was a place you saw in the crystal peaks that you couldn’t fully access with your abilities at the time, should be worth heading back there at some point. Great video as always!
Ok, so 10:19 just slash and dash under him when he jumps 0:58 tbh in Colloseum Shell is not bad and you can use it. Only in Colo, not regular game You don’t need to beat Colo for endings or smth it’s just a side quest. And, I think you already know but- do you know this game has multiple endings? I really hope you’ll go for all of them, because this game has a LOT to offer even after the end One more real fun side quest: go to the Howling Cliffs (in Dirtmouth left and up) and you can find behind the secret wall a thing to dream nail, no more spoilers)
I thought Colo 2 was needed for the godhome ending, if he wants to do every ending, and the reward can also really be helpful. The last Colo isn't needed for anything though. But correct me if I'm wrong.

A tip for the giant hoppers, if you dash under them when they hop you can easily avoid them
🤓according to my calculations… i think jumping over the hopper is the only solution.
