hello satan 30% DR from vengeance is seriously underrated, and perfectly usable off-color since it doesn't scale...but I do think recovery woulda been a better choice if it weren't for the vengeance damage bonus
He has Dead Inside which either gives 2x HP or 1.5x HP, then he has +40% hp from soldiers, he has vengeance which gives a 30% damage reduction for 3secs after getting hit, he is survival which gives a high hp pool, and after getting hit he gets most of his hp back by making use of the recovery mechanic.
Dead inside boosts hp, soldiers resistance does and vengeance does. No Wonder He can Tank His way through. But i prefer having mutations that actually boost my DMG rather than health.
