I need some clarification. If you had some writing and graphics, it would be easier to understand than plain talk. So basically you are delaying the full payment of the business purchase. Let's say you pay the remainder 50% balance in a year, then are you also keeping the portion of the profits during that year? For example if he made $1,500 every month, he keeps $1,500 and you keep any profit above that? What benefit do you get by seller financing the deal? Do you avoid a down payment?
