    Nice interview. Thank you. A suggestion: Roland looks at the camera where as you look sideways. He's much easier to be in rapport with.

      @@winningonmainstreet Forr sue I have watched a few of his videos this evening here in South Africa and I am blown away by his humility and sharing his knowledge to help us all. He has helped me cement the idea that when we help people it must be a win-win. We must feel that we are getting properly compensated for the value we are adding.     I need some clarification. If you had some writing and graphics, it would be easier to understand than plain talk. So basically you are delaying the full payment of the business purchase. Let's say you pay the remainder 50% balance in a year, then are you also keeping the portion of the profits during that year? For example if he made $1,500 every month, he keeps $1,500 and you keep any profit above that?
    What benefit do you get by seller financing the deal? Do you avoid a down payment?
