Dainfern is the old style estates. It's basically a neighborhood that's closed off, like Kyalami Estates. It's unlike modern estates with a design theme.

Also, Kyalami Estates had similar theme as Dainfern too. In fact, pretty much most of the early estates in Gauteng are Tuscan inspired.
When it comes to houses...SA tops it, creativity and imagination live not the dedication put into works. Awesome place with awesome people. Hope they did the club house and high gate area....splendid just splendid....

But you honestly need to start showing us smaller, city homes where most South Africans live. How do I turn a duplex into something spectacular? Once in a while, the larger than life homes are nice but not every single week.

I am not being judgemental but when I come across other nationals living in Africa especially of Caucasian; I have to wonder how they got their wealth and I hope it was on the fare way.. I don't know this family personally but just from this history of the colonizer, it makes me wonder, I hope the wealth is spread across to everyone who is in that wonderful kingdom of Africa.
