Similarly, some scholars point to a passage in the Bhavishya Purana, an ancient Hindu text, as a prophecy about Prophet Mohammed. I am getting a divorce and I just moved to a shoebox apartment in Seattle. Turning 31 in two weeks and starting my entire life from scratch. Sending you all the best wishes during this personal renaissance. We got this!
I wish you the very best and a lot of strength! Two years ago, I went through a breakup from a relationship of 5 years right before i turned 30. And I also got fired a month after it. It was a serious reset. But with a reset also comes a lot of opportunity. Making friends in your 30's is not easy. i think its harder to meet people, But the people I do meet and connect with, also seem to have more the intention to connect honestly compared to early twenties. The more I've dated the last two years, the more I've realized that a lot of great people are single in their 30's. i've met mostly people who have had a long relationship before and know themselves better now. Which I also think is interesting. And so different than dating in my twenties. I'm still building a life for myself - but finding fun hobby's and really putting in the effort to connect with my co-workers made me feel less lonely.
I just turned 29 and this video came at the perfect time- as an additional encouragement to pursue and embrace an upcoming major transition in my life.
You should get a library card and start checking out books from your local library! It's a great way to save money since books are SO expensive, and the libraries in New York are amazing
Not brave enough? Are you kidding me? I wouldn't even get on the plane! I don't know if you ve realized what you have done in a few years time! I mean... You ve explored your sexuality, went on an island far away from home, wrote a book, all this while you continued creating such an interesting content being really informed and not superficial. You are the person you're describing! AND A big inspiration! And also I would love to hung out but I live in Athens and you're never here!!!❤❤❤
I think you are so fucking brave for doing this, and no matter what happens, wether you stay there, go home or move somewhere else no one can take away from you the experience and the wisdom that comes with it so... keep slaying queen! 😂
Im 29, and debilitating health issues have me moving 100 miles away in 3 days. That might not sound very far but its practically another planet when you havent been able to go outside for even a brief walk in 2 years. I cant physically pack and am completely alone so I was forced to get rid of everything I own, so I'm starting over, too. I wish us both the best and hope we can rebuild our lives from scratch.
I wish for good travels and I hope for it to turn out well. It must be very hard to go through that, and having been through what you have. You are so brave. I haven't been through that, but can relate to trying to cope during times of bad health. It is really challenging.
I love how you went from wanting to live on a pretty much humanless island to moving to the second most populated city in the world haha. But jokes aside, I wish you the best of luck! I’ve moved to Toronto from a little village in Germany myself and it’s scary but ultimately very rewarding.
I like it! I was in the states before, but my visa expired so here I am lol. I just like how much there is to do, and North Americans are generally much friendlier and more positive than Germans.
@@MaddyOooO Yeah I miss the small talk, when I go back and visit I'm so thrown off by it sometimes since I'm not really used to it anymore. Sometimes it feel like it's even an invasion of privacy until I re-familiarize myself with it after a few weeks, then I love it again, and then I have to go back and miss it again. The same cycle every time 😂 I also miss the random events! Where I live it feels more like you have to be part of a Verein/club to join these events rather than them being opened for everyone. There are cool stuff happening but you have to know someone to know about it, if that makes sense. Less spontaneity. I miss the holidays too - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas! We really take our holidays seriously 😂 I feel like the holidays are all about the kids here 🥴 and like adults can't have a fun time and act like kids. But there's also a couple of things I like here too, like how many cities there are and you can just grab a train a go somewhere new 😊
Yes, public transport and travel is A LOT better in Germany! But then at the same time, Germans are soooo lazy when it comes to driving! I used to live 4 hours away from Prague but never went because it’s “too far” - ridiculous haha I would say both have their pros and cons and it depends on the individuals personality, background and stage in life when it comes to the better fit
It's funny because as someone who lives in the US, I love going back to Europe because I don't have to smile at everyone or engage in random chit chat with strangers. And this is normal. No one thinks I'm being rude. It's awesome.
I also moved to New York at 31 with not much of a clue what I was doing. Now I'm almost 38 and have a real career and my own place here. Great things can and will happen!
I'm a few years older and I totally relate to that fear of even trying, but... I entered my first writing competition this year and plan to do it again next year. I've generally decided to treat my life like it's my own and guys, I'll tell you, that's when the comparison monster suddenly wanted to take me down. When you get serious about yourself, that's when you realise how far behind you are. And yes, compared to some, you are behind. But don't let the years roll by and you remain in the same place. If you picture your life in 3, 5 or 10 years and you love or hate or are dissatisfied with your life, you'll need to make moves either way. Move to elevate and safegaurd if you love your life; move to make the changes you need to make life more of what you want it to be.
As a Greek American who finally made the decision to move back to Europe after living in New York for 12 years, I think this might be a tricky decision. New York is so expensive and the quantity of life isn’t great. Class devision is more prominent than ever and the education system is a fraud. Food is horrible nothing is fresh unless you can pay double the price. It’s super hard to meet people and you always end up feeling unfulfilled in your relations with others. Making a trip as someone who loves to travels will always be expensive. Medical insurance is expensive as hell. This is just my personal experience and I wish you the best in your journey💞
@@tc2904 Yes I did! There are many job opportunities though the way things work here in the work force will def be a cultural shock. Due to the lack of opportunities in the field that I wanna pursue I am considering moving to another European country in the near feature. So far though I’ve experienced a better version of my life. Finally I’m eating fresh food and I’m not scared of prices I can’t ever afford!
in the same boat as you! but also thinking about going to another european country, one thing about the united states is that it really is the land of opportunities, can't say that about many other countries
It's so interesting how we view places we didn't grow up in. When I stayed in Athens (as a tourist of course) it was one of my favorite cities I've ever been to
I did it too! Two years ago I took a leap of faith and move to Central America (from Spain). I have a beautiful family now. So grateful for being brave enough to get out of my comfort zone. You are brave too, Kristen! ❤
I moved to NYC on a whim at 29 after growing up in the suburbs of Georgia. The years I spent there were made amazing by the people I met and became friends with. I am an introvert and getting 'adopted' by extroverts with loads of friends and who held get togethers, made it easier for me. I was at the end of my savings when I finally found work and was able to stay. It was a bit scary the first few months, but I look back on it proud of myself for sticking it out and giving it a go. It paid off in years of memories that shaped me for the better. I hope you're able to get out and meet more people, because opportunities will open up like you wouldn't believe through it. NYC is all about networking, and people are glad to help each other out.
Hey! I've been following you for a while and I always adored your thoughts and your idea and the way how you see the world. I wish you good luck Kristen, you are a strong woman. The World needs more woman like you.

I’m 22 so I’m probably just a baby but I only recently stopped feeling like I’m running out of time. I’ve been writing songs for quite some time and it just feels like in this field you gotta succeed before 18 or else it’s all over for you. And because of my insecurities I struggle with recording my songs. This video really spoke to me, I don’t need to be the best, I don’t need to be a worldwide success, if I wanna do something I will do it, and the best part is, no one can stop me (:

As a European ( German) I am often thinking about moving abroad especially California or New York. I am 33 and made a promise to myself to give myself a deadline till 35 to save some money ( and get this divorce over) Kudos to you for being so brave! Would love to see new videos about you in New York and why you left Greece
@@lidu6363 thank you so much for the help! In Germany there is that half year regulation which I will take next year to feel if it suits me. But thx so much for the comments you two!
@@jooles6838 of course you are not “sure”. There is an increase of crime rate, such as in San Francisco. Companies are even moving out due to soft of crime politics. The politicians such as newsom pushing the gender crap into schools and onto kids.
Gosh girl. I moved to Stockholm ftom Athens in 2010, running away from my life and pursuing a dream. I was 27. Then again in 2015, I rebooted moving to London. I now feel i am reaching the end of an era and aged 40 considering starting over again . Have to say, it has not been easy figuring everythin out from scratch, without having a support system and a safety network. But it is so empowering to take yourself out of a cosy environment and test new waters. I have grown so much. It is the hard way but looking back i wouldnt change it. Good luck!!!
After 5 years and a half in the UK, where I established myself and learnt how to live on my own, I'm now going back to Italy living with my mum. This is a new beginning for me, I've already given away and sold all my stuff, and I'm restarting my life with just 3 luggages, and my mum doesn't have any of my things in Italy, so that's all I have. It's sooooo scary, but exciting, but scary and so on. Emotions are changing from morning to night and I'm happy I'm living this moment to the fullest. We are lucky. We don't have anything stopping us from changing our life, so do it as many times you feel like it. Explore places and explore yourself
I moved to a new country 2 years ago, and even tho I was so excited to move, I woke up with anxiety every day and was scared of everything. Once I got used to the small things like how the air smells and where to get my groceries and met a few people, this anxiety dwindled. It will get better, its just that EVERYTHING is new
30 feels like a very normal time to reevaluate your life after learning all the lessons of your 20s. I've been saving up for grad school which felt like a nebulous, unattainable goal until suddenly I hit it this past spring. Which means it's time to apply this fall/winter. It's starting over in a way, becoming a student again, but I know it's ultimately going to help my career goals. If everything goes right, I'll turn 30 less than a month into starting grad school. It's terrifying to leave the first city where I started to put down real roots as an adult, especially leaving a low cost of living city. But I have to trust that I'm making the right decision for me. Just know you're not alone in making a life altering decision at this age. Good luck in your new city and I hope you make all the friends!
As someone who also lives in Brooklyn, I fully agree about the buying of food! Groceries here are expensive, though it wasn't as bad as a few months ago (eggs were like 8 dollars at one point). I know in the summertime there are farmers' markets you can go to as well as another program an old roommate of mine used where you pay a fee to pick up local produce every week. Feeding yourself in this city can be tough when you're new but there are options out there. So happy to see you here! I hope your stay is fulfilling and inspiring ♥
I completely relate to growing older and internalizing the fear of failure and fear of trying for something new. Trying to save so i can make a big move myself when I'm 30.
I'm just back from half a year living in Stockholm (with the loveliest people!) and one thing I already miss here in Germany is the beautifully dressed people on the street... Everything and everyone in that city just looked so effortlessly stylish!

Holy cow the exact message I needed to hear. There’s so much freedom in giving up the need to be the best and just doing it for the joy and happiness. Excited to see how that journey unfolds for you, thanks for sharing 💕
I was really surprised to see that you moved to NYC! It's quite inspiring to see someone take a leap of faith and give themself the chance to go for what they want. I would enjoy some additional Kristen in Brooklyn content. It's interesting hearing your thoughts on Americans behavior toward strangers. We really do just speak to random people when we are out and about sometimes, lol.
Hi Kristen. I’m a Greek-American who has watched your videos for years. Many of us first generation Europeans are looking to leave the US and move to the countries our parents left, and you’re coming to the US willingly? 😂 I’m only kidding. I wish you lots of luck here and hope you find what you’re seeking and that you’re happy. The US is a very difficult and expensive place to not only survive….but to thrive. I think you’re brave for wanting to start over. One day soon, I hope I am physically and mentally ready to do the same for myself. ❤
So exciting! Your content inspired me to get into sustainability more, & I actually started learning Greek during 2020 because of you. From a native NYer-welcome to NYC!💌
Whenever I relocate to a new place (or during long-term travel), I kinda hibernate in my new bedroom for at least a few days watching a comfort show, not daring to go out and explore. I used to think I was just boring but then realised it's just an adjustment time I need. Not everyone needs this, but it's not cowardness or being boring. It's kinda like you said.. process being away from where you're used to and THEN add new things.
I am 31 and just moved from the UK to the US alone - currently rebuilding my life from the ground up and resonated with your video so much. Thank you!!
I started a bunch of new stuff at 30 - changed a lot of parts of my life - 8 years later I have no regrets and am so thankful for my experiences. It's stressful, yes, and anxiety is definitely a thing especially when you are leaping into the unknown, but I think totally worth it. Seems like you are doing really well! best wishes with all of the new experiences you're having!
I almost never comment on yt vids but i felt like i had too on this one, this is so inspiring! I had so much fun watching your journey as a person in NYC for the first time! Your excitement and joy was contagious, makes me want to pack up and go to another city for a few months as well. Although, I noticed you really harped on yourself a lot for your anxiety or judging how you go about social interactions - don't be so hard on yourself!!
Your spiel about not doing things because of fear really hit home. I used to draw and paint all the time, I became quite skilled at it. But I quit because I became too self critical and it was no longer fun. Gonna try it again! I'm more afraid of my own inner critic than anyone else 😅
Kristen, you look SO happy - the same honeymoon vibes of someone who has just taken total control of their life as I felt when I first moved abroad. I hope it's magical for you! Congratulations (and if you're ever back in Athens, I propose a friend date)
I'm so lost in life and tbh don't know what to do, which is scary cause i'm only 25. I have so many ideas and dreams but my circumstances make me stuck. Sometimes I do just wanna pack my bags and go, but idk where. I feel like I have no home. But congrats on the move, I'm sure you'll have a great time out there!
You're so adorable and I feel so proud watching you bravely starting this journey from zero, I'm so excited for you! Really enjoy this content and sending you a warm hug! Keep it up, Kristen!
Dear Kristen, I've been following your account for probably multiple years now, and so I have seen you move to different places, do different stuff, and post very different content. I have to say that the excitement you talk about in the video about moving to the States and starting over is almost tangible. You're glowing and beaming from within, and it is so beautiful to see your joy and fascination about this new city and hopefully chapter in your life. All the best, I am so excited to see what is to come!! ❤
I was 28 and my husband 35 with a 10 months old baby when we moved to the US. It's never too late to start from zero if you are willing to work hard and have patience.
Love how the video started out w you being anxious and pessimistic only for it to progress to showing your excitement and delight. Welcome to the states- if anyone can make it you can. ❤
You are so honest and unafraid to try new things. I used to be afraid about aging and getting old, but I'm still in my thirties and I can start a new things too. Good luck Kristen. You're such an inspiration ❤
I'm currently on the hunt for my first graphic design job and I have been so terrified of not being able to do the work... but like you said so well I search for perfection and I'm overly critical of everything I do to the point of making me paralysed by my own fear of failure. I felt both seen and hopeful during the last part of your video, thank you so much! I wish everyone great success in their new ventures!
I love that you are feeling the warm, friendly energy in NYC! The reputation New Yorkers have for being rough and rude is so inaccurate. Also there are absolutely affordable, healthy groceries… I’m guessing you’re in an expensive neighborhood, maybe Williamsburg I think you said? But eating out is definitely not going to be cheaper long term. You’ll find your spots, it just takes time. So glad you’re here in one of the greatest cities, it’s a big, scary risk but soooooo worth it!
ENDEL IF YOU ARE READING THIS - I’ve been a subscriber for more than a year now thanks to Kristen and just recently renewed my subscription and it’s such a great app!! Granted it’s not cheap but I have sensory issues and adhd and for me it’s a lifesaver
Interested in how/why you decided to move there, how difficult/easy it was to find a place to live there, other costs etc 😇 I’d love to see for example a video on one month’s cost in NY :)
Go to a frutería! Ask the locals, it’s usually cheaper, I’m moving cities soon(40mins away from where I currently reside) that’s the first thing I’m checking out what stores have not only the most affordable but also have good quality fruits and veggies that don’t start going bad in two days! So Happy for you Kristen!! Hope the best for you, enjoy your time here💕
How are your kitties doing back in Athens? Any plans on bringing them over if you decide to stay in the US? Or maybe getting cats from where you are now? I'm so happy for you and I hope NY works out for you!!
Last year just after I turned 30 I left my comfy life in Japan and came to Germany. It's been hard learning another language, finding friends, work etc but I always think, if I could do it once I can do it again! I think the first 6-12 months can be really hard but since you already speak English you might adjust even faster. But all you emotions are valid and it's definitely okay to have them, embrace them, and work through them.
I don't usually comment, but this video has healed a part of me. I went through the same thing and felt exactly the same way - I moved to the opposite place in the world, and I became really anxious, etc, etc. Eventually, I came back (thinking about that now maybe it wasn't the right time for that change), but I've been struggling with seeing myself as a loser and feeling like I can't do anything right. It's so inspiring to see your journey with its ups and downs, and it's a good reminder to treat ourselves with compassion. Hope you have the time of your life in NY!
I'm thinking about moving to London as a near 30 year old and I didn't know I didn't to hear someone talk about this but apparently I did! Life is long and full of adventures if you're here for it!
This video is exactly what I was needing rn. I also moved abroad after 30(I'm 32) and 9 months later, I don't feel like much of my life has changed so...your words made me more motivated :)
"Kristen in Brooklyn" looks so happy! I love to see it. Your radiant positivity is palpable through my computer screen 😂This definitely encourages me to get over the fear and chase after what I want. Thanks for sharing💖
you re definitely my favourite (and only actually) fashion youtuber I like and follow :) so being "the best" anything is so subjective.. and you are someone's/many's best youtuber for sure! and btw I also moved away from my home country and started a new life with 30, still enjoying and living it. all the best to you with your new beginning!
We are so lucky to have you here in our country. You are so smart and so beautiful and I love your content!!! Keep moving forward!!! ❤❤❤ I started over at 30 with nothing and no one. It was so scary but also exciting and I made it through. You can do it!! I am 37 soon and I started my own business in 2020 and we are doing this!!! All the luck to you!!! 🍀🍀🍀 From one LIBRA sister to another!!! ❤❤❤
💛 I got the strongest feeling that this gorgeous Libra sister Kristen has a lot of Leo in her, aside her last name. She looks like the perfect illustration of what a woman with a Leo ascendant should look like. Aside that perfect lioness mane.. 💛
Kristen, this is such a FASCINATING video for me to watch. I moved from NY to Athens in 2019 (hello, we've officially switched placed), so allllllll the shit you're describing is something I went through/am still going through. Not that my opinion matters, but it sounds like you have the perfect mindset to make this transition as smoothly as possible. These things take time (in my case, a really long time, but Greek is hard lol). Friends will come, cultural fluency will come, and like it or not, you'll even start to understand imperial measurements before long. You're amazingggg.
@@MeriamMrv My partner is a Greek citizen, so we were able to create a cohabitation agreement (kind of like a common-law marriage that states we're in a committed relationship and reside under the same roof) and I was able to obtain a family visa. I think it's classified as an F3 visa?
48 dollars left? that's not even enough for a movie ticket. how are you not freaking out.😭 ok gotta say kristen. hats off to you. that's the gutsiest move ever. RESPECT. i hope you succeed and can stay there. 22:50 that's basically the barbie speech ;) "never going to be the best at x,y,z... i'm just traditional barbie" .. but you are kenough.
Hahahah omg I really did say I am Kenough to be fair those were my dollars, I also have Euros in savings in greece but would really like to avoid digging into my savings as much as I can! 😬
ρε δεν μπορώ ήταν τέλειο 🧡 thank you for making this 🥹 been feeling the same urge since forever, maybe that day comes where I get to walk Central Park and feel at home ✨ just keep showing up kristen at anything you decide to do and so many good things will fall into place ✨
I am almost 31 years old and I have changed 3 countries in my life. Now it’s been 8 years I am in Canada (if you want to drop in Montreal I’ll give you a tour hehe👀) and making such a change when you are not a teenager anymore is very brave! Also as a European, I had to adapt so much to North America so I hope you don’t struggle 🥺 I wish you the best 🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️
I wish you the best! I am sure that your youtube will now grow even more and I am also excited for the new opportunities you are pursuing. Be strong, do your best and we will be here for you 💕
Here to join in on the experience of being 32 (+- 2 pandemic years) and planning to move to a North American country from a Middle Income country, this time from Santiago, Chile to Toronto, Canookland. There are many, many, many historical and cultural similarities between Chile and Greece, with the main exception being that Greee has, you know, 3,000 years of written history and we... well, we came out mostly unscathed from the economic crises of the 2010s... but not the political ones. The one commonality is in the way that both are not countries for young people... but at the same time, there is a coziness and social closeness that, objectively, makes them more comfortable places to live than in a major global city. But at the same time, that coziness can entrap you into a complacency where you don't bring out your best. So kudos to you K for taking the plunge!, here hoping I'll be following soon (the whole having socialized healthcare tho)
I really feel you when you said that as you get older you listen to the critical voice more, and more afraid to chase your goals. I'm a really anxious person and i hate change, but most of all i hate the idea that my life will never change and that i wont make the most of what i have. It really gives me hope to know that you dont have to be the best to be successful, I'm always beating myself down even though my friends and partner tell me i'm good at the things i do! So you know what, maybe i'm enough, maybe i can get what i want, and maybe its worth it. Thank you Kristen!
I move to NYC in 2006 and I knew no one. The thing about nyc is that there’s always a reset of life. One because people come and go. Like seriously you make friends and then suddenly they move out so you got to start all over. My best advice to make friends is to get into a yoga class or climbing gym. Sometimes if you don’t have money you can volunteer to put equipment back in storage and that’s how you get free class. Also you get to meet a lot of amazing people on those places. Another advise is to walk on the weekend in Greenpoint or williasburg. Lots of people sale old cloths in the street and you get to talk to them and make friends. I meet one of my good friends when I stop and buy her mom kimono 👘. Anyway there’s endless ways to make friends in nyc and FReEe!!!
Yessss Kristen! What a lovely vlog! Your chat at the end was inspiring. We're the ones who can stop ourselves, or we can push ourselves to go after our desires. Getting this sneak peak into your life in New York is fun.
Honestly, I've been desperately looking for something, be it content, a form of art or even another person, to inspire me in the way your video just did. Thank you so much for this💜
Beau Is Afraid was the last straw, where I knew my psyche was full to the top of having read and watched men's Odysseys all my life and now I just want something else. I'm good on that, I have more than fulfilled the quota!
I really enjoyed hearing about your experiences so far, a big move is such an exciting time even if it’s scary. I also found it interesting to hear your perspective on Americans! I don’t live in NYC but I live in another smaller city in New York State and I find the opposite with people here. Maybe it’s easier to focus on the negative if you’ve lived somewhere your entire life? But where I live in New York it seems most people are very unfriendly, or even downright rude when you go out lol I’m not overly social with strangers but I appreciate friendliness still and it seems whenever I go out most people don’t even respond to a smile or a thank you. But I’m so happy that you’re having a positive experience and I wish you the best of luck with everything! 💗
I loved this 💚 I'm having to restart my life at 27, and I'm trying to redirect my life towards what I actually want. It's pretty terrifying. Thank you for the encouragement, and welcome to the US from PA☺️
This is really interesting ! I would love to see more Kristen in New York. It's a big step, being brave enough to start from 0 ... Really inspiring. And the Barbie movie is like the best thing I've ever seen.
You are genuinely my favourite creator on here, so I am happy you are also loving what you do. Yes, please make more vlogs. Your thoughts need to be heard.
I just moved to NYC a few weeks ago as well, and I relate to so much that you shared in this video. Thank you for your vulnerability. I wish you luck on your new chapter ❣️✨
First time here. I loved your speach about fear of failure, I feel so motivated now. And totally relate to your joy about little interactions with strangers.
I’m 31 and I’m doing a career change, which is scary as I’ve been in my field for my whole adult life. Change can be scary sometimes! But it’s needed. Glad you moved to nyc! That’s always been one of my dreams but I’m scared 😅 maybe one day I will take that leap too

There was a teacher whom didn't believe in the existence of God, one day he asked his students, do you see God?
the students then replied no we don't see God, so the teacher said if you don't see God it means there is no God.
then a smart student stood up and said to the other students hey guys can you see the teachers brain?
then the students answered no we don't see the teachers brain, the student then said the teacher then is crazy, he has no brain
:0)
😍😍
Wow!!,
you are too beautiful!!!
whomever see you should believe that God is true & real..
and whenever I see you I feel like Iam in a dream,
And when we wake up we will all realize that all this life was nothing but a dream and that only God is whats true and real..
The universe science says was not always there, it had a beginning point, the big bang, meaning it was begun/initiated in other words created, thus there should be a creator,
there must be a God.

Prophecies in Major World Religious Books Referring to Prophet Mohammed:
1. The Bible - Deuteronomy 18:18-19, John 14:16, John 16:7-14, Isaiah 42:1-13
2. The Hindu Scriptures - Bhavishya Purana, Atharvaveda Book 20 Hymn 127-129
3. The Buddhist Scriptures - Cakkavatti-Sihanada Sutta, Anguttara Nikaya III:61, Digha Nikaya III:76-77
4. The Zoroastrian Scriptures - Zand-i Vohuman Yasht, Farvardin Yasht, Dadestan-i Denig
& Regarding the verses in the Quran asking to protect non-believers or polytheists, there are several that emphasize the importance of treating all people with respect and kindness, regardless of their religious beliefs.
One such verse is found in Surah Al-Mumtahanah (60:8), which states: "Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly."
Also In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful (If any of the polytheists seek protection from you, grant him protection)
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم(إن استجارك أحد من المشركين فأجره)
Another verse in Surah Al-Anfal (8:61) encourages Muslims to make peace with their enemies, even if they are non-believers or polytheists: "And if they incline to peace, then incline to it also and rely upon Allah. Indeed, it is He who is the Hearing, the Knowing."
& Regarding the verses in the Quran asking for justice and kindness, there are many such verses throughout the holy book. One example is found in Surah An-Nahl (16:90), which states: "Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded."
& In terms of prophecies about Prophet Mohammed in major world religions, there are a few examples that some scholars have pointed to. One such example is found in the Bible's Book of Deuteronomy (18:18), which states: "I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. And I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him." Some Muslims interpret this verse as a prophecy about Prophet Mohammed.
Because the Arabs are the brethren's of Israelites,
The Arabs are descendants from Ishmael or Ismail the brother of Isaac the father of Israelites, and because the verse didn't say from amongst them or from their descendants, it said from their brethren's.
Similarly, some scholars point to a passage in the Bhavishya Purana, an ancient Hindu text, as a prophecy about Prophet Mohammed. The passage describes a "holy man" who will come from Arabia and spread a new religion, and some argue that this refers to Mohammed and the spread of Islam..
Also search scientific miracles in the quran, harun yahya its nice,
One God for all of us
he created us all and can revive us again,
God initiated everything,
& he repeat/redo things too, & thats clear, we see many cycles of different things in life, also in summer for example the desert land becomes like empty and is filled with only sand, and when rain falls in abundance in spring or winter, after that small flowers & wild plants grow again, also, we see how humans and animals grow and how their body is formed from the elements which were in the sand which plants feed on which they eat, and after they die they go to the sand and their atoms/elements are taken by plants which humans & animals eat and their bodies grow from those atoms & elements found in the sand which came from previous humans & animals which died before, so God can bring us again after we die even if our atoms became in the sand he can make us from the same atoms we were made of or from other atoms if he want or make us be in a spirit form or like ghosts, any ways, everything in this life is recycled, learn if you want about the different cycles in life in nature, the food cycle or food chain, the water cycle, even the gas cycle that makes the air the oxygen &carbon dioxide &nitrogen cycles, even the energy is like recycled but only changes from form to another form.
Anyways,, God created this life but it's only a temporary sample/an example of a coming everlasting one
which could be either in heaven paradise or in hell.
If we try to be good humans in life, and try to obey God and his messengers-including the final messenger for all humanity the prophet Mohammed- and those whom rightly represent them, for example imam Ali & ahlulbayt the family/good descendants of the prophet mohammed, then we will all go to heaven/paradise, if not then we will go to hell fire and burn in it forever.
keep shining sunshine &spread the light
I am getting a divorce and I just moved to a shoebox apartment in Seattle. Turning 31 in two weeks and starting my entire life from scratch. Sending you all the best wishes during this personal renaissance. We got this!
WE GOT THIS 💪
I wish you the very best and a lot of strength!
Seattle is a great place to restart. I love it here. I am wishing you the best!
I just turned 29 and this video came at the perfect time- as an additional encouragement to pursue and embrace an upcoming major transition in my life.
You're still so young, wishing you a happy and fulfilling future! ❤
You should get a library card and start checking out books from your local library! It's a great way to save money since books are SO expensive, and the libraries in New York are amazing
Yess was gonna say same thing. The central Brooklyn branch is right near you and it’s amazing!
I just made this same comment too. Libby is great!
And also I would love to hung out but I live in Athens and you're never here!!!❤❤❤
Well said, so true, etc. 😌

That sounds really hard, I wish you the best for this move
Good luck, rooting for you!
I hope this move is for the best! Good luck!
Good luck, I wish you the best! :)
How do you like Toronto ? For me it's the opposite way! What are the pros and cons/what do you miss/ what have you learned to love?
I like it! I was in the states before, but my visa expired so here I am lol.
I just like how much there is to do, and North Americans are generally much friendlier and more positive than Germans.
Let’s be friends 🥰
I used to live 4 hours away from Prague but never went because it’s “too far” - ridiculous haha
I would say both have their pros and cons and it depends on the individuals personality, background and stage in life when it comes to the better fit
Did you move to Greece? I’m also Greek-American and seriously considering leaving the US for Greece.
Hard agree, as someone who lived here for 22 years.
I second this absolute no quality of life and your mental health will be affected, is still an amazing city but comes at a great cost

This all seems so scary but I am sure you're going to do great there, you have so much courage! Stay safe!
Thank you!! 🫶

As a European ( German) I am often thinking about moving abroad especially California or New York. I am 33 and made a promise to myself to give myself a deadline till 35 to save some money ( and get this divorce over)
Kudos to you for being so brave! Would love to see new videos about you in New York and why you left Greece
I would not recommend moving to California due to the political climate
Go there only if you have someone to sponsor your work visa, unless you want to build yourself up from washing dishes and endless night shifts.
@@lidu6363 thank you so much for the help! In Germany there is that half year regulation which I will take next year to feel if it suits me. But thx so much for the comments you two!
@@jooles6838 yeah i dunno what they expect but Germany ain’t cheap either so xD how come you move to Vienna if i may ask?
Now I’m hoping for my worlds to collide with a Maddie Dragsbaek x Kristen NY collab.
I didn’t know this was the collab I needed 😮❤
Oh my god! Emotionally Online Season 3 premier lol
I was thinking the same thing! I love Maddie
Yes omg please

I honestly need an entire movie staring you. you’ve captured the hesitancy, anxiety yet excitement of such an endeavour and I’ve loved your personality and videos for years.
I also very much felt this as a 28 y.o. American who just moved to Brighton, England and am also starting from zero. I just got my visa in the mail yesterday and am looking forward to opening a bank account and finding a job and hoping I can both support myself and keep up my creative work. This was so wonderful to watch and I’m so happy to see you in NYC because you deserve such a hot girl adventure, Kristen x
Everything about this video is warm, easy-going, exploring, sensitive, self-aware and making me even more happier for your journey Kristen! And yes, the affirmative at the end do be speaking to me at the right places. Interacting with nice people is preciouzzz. Good luck and wish you the best for the freelance-hunting and sponsorships!
I just turned 29 last week, unemployed, living with my dad, one more year left of my undergrad because I went back to school when I was 26, no income coming through, went through a breakup a two months, and I must say your a true inspiration to keep going. Sometimes these adversary are just a lesson to restart your life or because something better is coming.
I‘m moving to Sydney in two weeks from Germany at 27 and I am so afraid and unsure haha but you just motivated me again ✨ it’s all gonna work out💗
Holy cow the exact message I needed to hear. The desire to pursue a more creative life, to try to build something out of the things that bring me joy, has been getting louder but so has the fear and self-doubt.
I definitely do!!! 😂 all Hawaiians do though haha!!
From a native NYer-welcome to NYC!💌
you guys should meet up 💛
Whenever I relocate to a new place (or during long-term travel), I kinda hibernate in my new bedroom for at least a few days watching a comfort show, not daring to go out and explore.
Thank you!!
Something that really helped me connect with people is just giving out compliments! When I think about it I try and say it!
lol your point about the car chases/car engines in movies was so true
Pale Fire is hands-down my favorite novel. So underrated and absolutely brilliant.
I’m actually super surprised you moved to the US! Welcome!
I know I’m surprised too lol
Ohhh I was dying for some NYC content 😄😄😄 hope you get inspired and make a bunch of friends!!
Honestly, never thought you would end up in NYC. Good luck with everything!
Hope you find something great!
@@allyson-- Thank you! ✨
So glad you’re here in one of the greatest cities, it’s a big, scary risk but soooooo worth it!
you guys should meet! Also - are you Dutch?
ahh relate so damn much re failure vs persistence . v excited for you & your change
ENDEL IF YOU ARE READING THIS - I’ve been a subscriber for more than a year now thanks to Kristen and just recently renewed my subscription and it’s such a great app!! Granted it’s not cheap but I have sensory issues and adhd and for me it’s a lifesaver
Everybody would be lucky to have Kristen in their lives. She is like sunshine
Interested in how/why you decided to move there, how difficult/easy it was to find a place to live there, other costs etc 😇 I’d love to see for example a video on one month’s cost in NY :)
And the process too. Although, I suspect she had a US passport already!
Hope the best for you, enjoy your time here💕
Your a very bright and astute individual ,Kristen. Believe in yourself ,plan your moves and you will do phenomenal 😊.
How are your kitties doing back in Athens? Any plans on bringing them over if you decide to stay in the US? Or maybe getting cats from where you are now? I'm so happy for you and I hope NY works out for you!!
I love this new Kristen era in New York being amazed by beauty and inspired by people who smile back at you. It’s a good time to be alive ❤😊
Aww I'm so happy you're in NY! Welcome 💙
I did the same when I was 31 (but I moved to Madrid). Best decision of my life! No matter how this ends, you won´t regret this adventure 😘 Good luck!
Happy that u're enjoying Barbie with a new friend too!
you re definitely my favourite (and only actually) fashion youtuber I like and follow :) so being "the best" anything is so subjective.. and you are someone's/many's best youtuber for sure!
and btw I also moved away from my home country and started a new life with 30, still enjoying and living it. all the best to you with your new beginning!
You're amazingggg.
can I ask how you were able to move there ? (visa wise)
@@MeriamMrv My partner is a Greek citizen, so we were able to create a cohabitation agreement (kind of like a common-law marriage that states we're in a committed relationship and reside under the same roof) and I was able to obtain a family visa. I think it's classified as an F3 visa?
48 dollars left? that's not even enough for a movie ticket. how are you not freaking out.😭
ok gotta say kristen. hats off to you. that's the gutsiest move ever. RESPECT. i hope you succeed and can stay there. 22:50 that's basically the barbie speech ;) "never going to be the best at x,y,z... i'm just traditional barbie" .. but you are kenough.
How much is a movie ticket there???
Hahahah omg I really did say I am Kenough to be fair those were my dollars, I also have Euros in savings in greece but would really like to avoid digging into my savings as much as I can! 😬

I am almost 31 years old and I have changed 3 countries in my life. Now it’s been 8 years I am in Canada (if you want to drop in Montreal I’ll give you a tour hehe👀) and making such a change when you are not a teenager anymore is very brave! Also as a European, I had to adapt so much to North America so I hope you don’t struggle 🥺

A lot of my favorite female youtubers are in NYC. Hope these wonderful women cross paths.
Good luck in your jourrney!
You're so so brave, even tho i dont know you I'm super proud of you! Take it easy when you can and enjoy the city!
Sometimes a video just comes along at the right time. Thank you Kristen for your frankness and bravery. Good luck in the Big Apple ! xxx
