    Low fat diets for body builders.... ive come to think this was because PEDs in effective doses drive up LDL ratio and decrease HDL, so that as close to 0 fat intake was not only for the purpose of "staying lean" or reducing bloat, even while bulking was actually to manage the runaway health consequences of combined american diet (tendencies) and Ped healt effects. So "they" thought that keeping fat intake low would mitigate blood lipid problems. Would love any response as im not deep into specific biology here.

    It's always necessary to outline nutrition and training based on enhanced or not. Its a huge variable and I understand it's the elephant in the room. Justin harris outlines the protein, carbs and fats on how the body utilizes them. If non enhanced than fats are necessary for hormonal balanced but if enhanced you can get away with a lot less without impacting hormonal function.
