I'm a TH-cam vocal exercise junkie, and this has become my go-to morning warmup. Probably the most in-depth technical instruction and my voice just sounds and feels the best after this one. Thanks, Jeff!
The most impressive part of this warm up video is his ability to play with his left hand and speak normally at the same time. If you’re a singer that plays piano at the same time, you’ll know how difficult it is to do so.
I've been using this vocal warm-up to warm up my voice on Sundays that I sing with my church's worship team, since I joined the team earlier this year. Thank you so much for sharing this content! It's been a great help!
@@wizzie1497To get involved at UR you need to be a member and it be your home church for 6 months minimum. After that I believe you can audition. I would expect a year or so process overall but if God is calling you to serve in the house of prayer He will open the door, be brave
clicked on this without reading the channel and was very surprised when he mentioned worship... i'm not christian but this was super helpful anyways so thanks
SON...... MY F*CKIN DUDEEEEE haha. Yo I been doin different vocal warm ups on youtube for over a year now, and not that im all around successful with them BUT THE LIP ROLL. I would always laugh my way through that one cause i could never keep it going. THANK YOU FOR THE ILL GUIDANCE of the "Hand-And-Jaw" technique. Foreal, not even that I can actually do that part of the warm ups now, because have more question answered in my life of things i dont get at all that really have no great importance to seek answers too. 1
First thing I’ve noticed about vocal warm ups on TH-cam is in my opinion they are far too fast. I would have to do and exercise then miss one then do the next then miss , etc Maybe an intermediate or advanced singer finds then fine ? I dunno. I’m not a singer, I’m a preacher and use them for my voice. But Thankyou anyway for your efforts 👍
I need an answer here please! So I'm new to singing but not music. When I do warm ups I think im getting confused of what octave I'm in or should be in I feel like I might be skipping an octave up when I hit the higher notes. Like I go from chest straight into a falsetto head voice. Really would love some help. I want to see a video of someone doing warm ups completely with you so I can hear them
@@BMSJeff I know. Totally joking! You guys are great. I was happy to find this video. I was devastated when all your old weekend warmup podcasts got deleted!

you can adjust playback speed to 0.75 or 0.5
Or you just pause the video and take your time
Where are the earlier lessons ? Link to them???
Where are we going on Sunday?

I just realised midway this is for the quire hehe 😂
How do you find your vocal fry?
👍🏽
Which is the first video please for beginners?
😎👍
I’ve used this before at least 200 shows by now. Unrelated to god, church or worship 🤘 😈
how bro felt after posting this: 😎
You will, one day✌️
How do you subscribe to your channel?
👌🏽
The problem with head voice is that I have to raise the volume up to where it gets shameful
Find a private place to practice
Brett Manning with the single dislike lol!
Nah, Brett and I are friends.

I like the warm up but on repeated use, too much talk.
I would rearrange the light bulbs on the right side...
Why

2+3=5 and that is the number of the beast….if you add another bulb😮
This is actually very good but he talks too much during the exercise.
He says to be Wolfy and then proceeds to raise lyranx
Please don't try talk in prectice because it's so disturbing
love the warmup but please stop talking
You speak too much during the practice
EQ (de-ess) some of the high end off your videos. it's hard on the ears.
Could you please talk less during the exercises?! Either we hear you or the piano
Personally I think it works perfectly
Too much talk without really saying anything. Focus on the how of the technique rather than the why
