Ok, I actually listened to the whole 20 minutes, and I gotta say it was a very well thought out arrangement.
Starting off with a slow version of Comet to get us in the slow and sad mood. "A small light which was born" 0:51 left hand was very nice.
Tenkyuu was very groovy at 3:47. Left hand with chromatics at times.
6:14 going off beat a bit was really cool.
Didn't expect NCP to start of slow, that was great. And I suddenly get hit with the 7:20 to 7:30.
7:20 onwards was so fking cool holy shtttt (i might try playing that on my own piano even) I've seen a lot of NCP arrangements already, even arranged my own, haven't seen anyone pull off this kind of tone. Left hand was really well done.
GHOST had many cool runs on the right hand (but idk if i can even play that irl lol) 12:52 run for example.
And ofc how can we forget about Pieces. Very good usage of left hand melody, and it never sounded empty because the right hand is always playing something in the back. (might be hard to coordinate irl, but still sounded good so :D) Yeah Pieces deserved a full arrangement, and it did pull everything to a close. Thank you for this medley, as a fellow Hoshiyomi I wanted to express my gratitude.

Thank you! It took a long time to think of different ways to arrange the songs. While there are sections I wish I could have done better, I'm glad it turned out well in the end!
I doubt I can play the runs either lol. It was fun playing around with them though since they sound so nice!
Pieces for the most part had the high piano, the chord, and the melody all playing at the same time. While it is slow, its difficulty is definitely coordinating them together, especially the dynamics to bring out the transposed themes / call-back of each song at the end!
Thank you for listening and commenting too!

I love all the Holos but Suisei’s voice is just…asdfghjkl. Your arranging is great, and I hope you get your big break sooner rather than later.

Been listening to this amazing medley while studying since I started university until right now studying for my last final exam ever in my life, because I am finally graduating this month. Thank you for being there in my tough times throughout my university journey.

Happy graduation! Happy to hear that my medley helped you get through uni! I also finished my postgrad last year but I still have lots of licensure exams for probably the next 8 years lol. I hope you continue to find time making music while working and good luck out there!

damn funnily enough I've also been working on a suisei medley, seems she's an inspiration to everyone everywhere. The jazzy and unconventional harmonies and rhythms you used are awesome btw

Can't believe it took me this long to realize you've put the PIECES motif throughout the song at 1:55 3:09 10:10 11:58 15:33 to really "tied the medley together" that's simply a brilliant move. Man, 6th listen-through and I'm still finding sth new in your arrangement, this is too good.

Welp it's exam season so here I am again. May be for the next one you could add the Stellar Stellar arrangement you just did or new Suisei songs too, that would be very interesting.

I think this is the 3rd or 4th time that I listened to this whole 20 min medley again, and I still can't get over how beautiful it is. The arrangement is just full of details and passion, simply brilliant. I actually will attempt to learn some sections in the NCP now. Thank you again, definitely one of the best Suisei piano arrangement I've ever seen, and I will keep coming back to this.

Well I was studying for my finals and decided to come here for my monthly visit, don't mind me. I will literally never get bored of this brilliant arrangement. I love how you took each song and transform it into your own style, it's full of color and personality. And I can't believe it took me five times listening through the whole thing to realize that 19:34 is a NCP reference and 19:46 is GHOST, that's amazing. Wonder how many more reference there are that I completely missed, guess I'll find out in my next month visit~

Thanks again! I really wish I could've fixed the audio more. In case you want to know, 19:22 to 19:49 references each song in the medley in sequence in response to the main melody of Pieces (although different key so it's a bit subtle, especially 19:39 referencing Now On Space).
I've also been listening to your arrangements! They're really good and I hope you keep making more!
Hearing other people's work also helps me learn and inspires me to keep making music, so I hope you keep going as well!

@@Otsupi BRUH that's so subtle. Needed to replay several times to hear the comet at 19:22 (still couldn't hear 19:49 and 19:39 haha) It's great cuz you wanted to pull every song together with PIECES as the ultimate song right? It worked out great.
Oh thank you! Though I don't do much covers anymore, but yes will definitely keep making more arrangements (especially Sui songs) And you keep it up too, glad these comments inspire you. I can't wait for your next one cuz you haven't uploaded for a while :D

This is great stuff! I’d have loved to see more than one line once, maybe like 2 or 3, so a bit less than your latest upload. There’s so much effort put behind it even if we just consider the length alone (20 min!!). Definitely subbed! I probably won’t be commenting as much as Yamakusa here though haha :D

    • @Otsupi

Thank you!! I tried to not repeat too much cause I felt 20 minutes was already pushing it :))
Glad to hear your comment! (also it's fine if you don't too~)
