It's not glitched. He didn't do the tutorial properly. Firstly, you have to do the drag back skill by holding down R1 and in the middle of the movement you press the commands he provided in the video.
For balls on the ground, try doing the dragback move with holding R1 then execute the commands he provided. As for air balls you don't need to. And the reverse upward flick heel pass, you can execute it by suddenly changing and holding the direction of the stick to the opposite of the direction you are running.
Finally the skills are back. My game is based on this.. I felt since fifa 15, the game has been punishing us skill lovers by nerfing the skill and making the game boring. Glad i can finally enjoy fifa again.
Many people said that skill moves have to be perfectly timed to be successful. Which is very good. Passing should break down a defense not doing some shitty skill moves to glitch through a defender like the croqueta
These only work for me in volta so does that mean I gotta change something in my settings or what cuz I can’t do them in normal fifa with players that have the flair trait

It'd be better if there is a mechanism like timed shooting when triggering these moves, the difficulty of trigger determines upon the skill level of a player (i.e.: the timing window for Neymar is larger / slower than a goalkeeper when trigger a fancy skill)

I mean how to exactly press the buttons because I am sure there is something missing.. Please try to give us more examples for each Flair skill, showing us in real match with explanation (why & how)
Don't worry, non skiller and only offline UT players. You only need lost 5 matches for 1200 division rivals points and get 30K every week. Put the controller between legs and move the stick every 30 seconds for dont get the warnings meanwhile you do a better thing. Zero drama.
If it's not working for you I have found a fix. You have to tap lt, while moving your thumb stick and press pass,shoot or cross to trigger it. Make sure you tap them all at the same time and it takes a few times to master it. It's broken for us but for others it's not. Ea will find a fix but this is the only way you can do them flair shots.
