Thank you for letting us see a bit more of your life. It’s now clear that you’ve had a passion for art that started early. I love the style you’ve developed. Perspective features and lines, but you can paint dust clouds too! Keep it up. Enjoy your flowers and coffee.
It was fun to share the earlier parts of my art life, a little embarrassing, but fun! Lines and soft dust clouds can go hand in hand over here. Definitely enjoying my flowers and coffee, thank you 😊
Such a comforting video , I love watching little snippets of an Artist's life and listen to your story . Love to see the "growth" of your painting, it looks already very great . I was surprised you had suddenly a snowy day . Here Spring is in its early attempt to pop up but the constant rain and wind is such a bummer but we keep the faith 😉 Looking forward to see your new floor in the studio . Thanks for sharing 🌺
Thanks Debora!! It feels odd talking about my life online so it's nice knowing when it has a positive impact. I've also been surprised with the on and off snow, it's definitely been draining the mood around here. Best wishes and sunshine to you in and out of the studio.
Your art vlog video is always so good feeling as beautiful! Especially, this video contains nature-friendly daily life. Very aesthetic and Love it! ✨️❣️
Wonderful video❤ I recognise what you said about productivity so much and I love how you described maintenance days. Fun fact; I am from Utrecht! But funny enough I paint with a brand called Amsterdam;)
I love your videos so so much! I love the quotes and the reflections and the reveries and the comments on your own thoughts. The positive perspective or outlook with which you communicate things - I learned this word the other day which kinda fits the sentiment; metacognition.
Thank you for such a cozy and relaxing video! It was really lovely to see your childhood home, your grandparents as well as your earlier work. I noticed you are reading Mastery by Robert Greene. How are you finding it? I've read two of his books already and I've yet to read that one, and the one on human nature. Cheers.
I'm glad you found it relaxing, it's a simple place but I love it. I just finished reading the Mastery book, it took a few months to get through because I kept putting it away. It's dense with historical and contemporary references so the middle felt a little slow. Loved the first section and the last quarter of the book. But overall it was fascinating. It's a very intense approach to mastering one's unique skills in life. It can almost be off putting at times but I think that's the point. I would love a whole book on just the first part about finding one's inclinations.
@@mariasisul Thank you for answering my query about the book. Glad ot know that you found it fascinating. It's sitting in my bookcase waiting for me, but I have to get through the one I'm reading now before I get to that one.
You put into words my own struggles with productivity creativity vs daily non-art tasks 😅 Also, I just finished planting my own seeds 5 minutes before starting this video Ps. Have you tried Fail Like An Artist podcast? They’ve been inspiring to listen to about their own stories of juggling life vs art and seeing the value in all of it
I don't think I've heard that podcast. I love recommendations, I'll try it out! Good to know we're not alone in the life and art battle 😅 I hope your seeds do well! 🌱
Yet again, another great video! You are wise beyond your years, Maria! You are young, but have come so far in what seems like many ways! (Even a homeowner already?!) You are so talented and such an inspiration keep being amazing! Btw, I occasionally Snapchat my daughter parts of your videos to show her your cute little wiener dogs because her and her boyfriend have a wiener dog as well and they are all just so cute! 🥰 Technically, the wiener dog is her boyfriend and his name is Oliver and my daughter has her own dog as well (but is a shorky) .. and ironically his name also happens to be Oliver lol
I appreciate that!! 😊 I have grown a lot, not to home-ownership yet, but one day! Love that Pancho and Canela are being enjoyed by others too, wiener dogs really are a funny bunch! Saying hello to you, your daughter, and the Olivers 😂
I love your videos ur amazing

I hope so too! Fingers crossed 😅

"If it shouldn't be like this, it wouldn't be like this."
Always gives me peace of mind
I really like that, thank you. I'll keep it in mind. 😊

Thank you 💛 That is funny, it would be so neat to visit Utrecht! The type of productivity we have daily definitely ebbs and flows. :)
Fantastic video ☺☺

Ooo I love learning a new word, thank you for sharing your perspective on my rambling. Now I can put it in a better light than just 'over thinking' 😁💛
Loved watching you paint and the overall feel of the video! :)
Thank you so much 😀 I'm glad you watched it!

Your grandparents are the cutest! Great video as always, what kind of camera do you use?
Thank you Devin! I agree they're pretty cute 😊 I use a G7X mark iii
Reminds me of groundhog day!
