I tried the transfer tape you linked from 143 vinyl. Unfortunately, it did not work for me, at all. Less than a third of the decal adhered to the tape, even after multiple attempts of braying, etc. I'm not sure what happened that it didn't work for me.
I am the new owner of a cricut maker, and two heat transfer presses and i am learning alot from you and i think you are a fantastic teacher. You are very grateful to your viewers and i am a fan.
I stumbled across this video from searching exactly this. The first thing that popped in my head was why haven’t I seen any of your videos 😱 You have been such a pleasure to follow along with and your presentation was absolutely easy to follow and so inviting. I said out loud that I can do this! The other piece is you actually explained the steps and the why when using the Cricut software so delicately step by step. Yes, I subscribed and turned the bell on!! I’m looking forward to getting on design bundles and watching the rest of your channel at some point! Thank you! Your name is magical, love it 🤗
I love the way you did this. I've watching many times, I tried infusible ink and it was failed. I am excited to try the way you did. Thanks for this video. Keep it up.
I just got a cricut maker. I have no idea how to even start. I just want to say thank you for the way you explain everything, for patiently explaining how and why. You’re really motivating me to get started! Thanks again!
You’re amazing and I adore your warm hearted personality! You’re the kind of people we need more of in this world. You make it brighter 💕 thank you so much for all you’re effort and the passion you have for crafting!!!
I recently bought my Cricut Explore Air 2 to make some decals for my cars, (car enthusiasts love stickers) but I stumbled across your video and I just wanted to say I am so impressed! The quality, the explanation, the on camera demonstration are all amazing quality. What I thought was just going to be an affordable vinyl cutter has been so excited to try making some of these fun projects. Subscribed!
I am spanking brand new to your channel, just resigned my position, in order to do more things I love. Crafts!! Looking forward to learning so much from you. Thank you for doing what you do
Hey Mr Crafty, this was by far the ABSOLUTE BEST Infusible Ink tutorial I have ever ever seen! You explained it clearly in a way that is easily understood. I have some infusible ink and have never used it. There sure are more steps to it than I knew of. One day when I get brave enough I will try it. Great job explaining!
You are such a WONDERFUL teacher!! I am truly a fan as I just received my cricut maker as a gift for Mother's Day so i'm definitely a newbie and I am truly grateful for your videos!! Thank you!!
That’s what I love about you. Michael, you always give us such clear instructions and the best tips! #1 on grandma crafty bloomers list! Have a great and safe 4th...God bless ‘ MERICA!
Hi Michael, Can colors been done on coasters? I don't really like all one color so I wondered while watching your video if it is possible to use multiple colors when using coasters like you did on the shirt. Your video was very interesting. Thanks, Toni Abernethy
Luv your videos ! Your excellent at explaining the steps and you get right to point. I did not realize how many things I can do with my cricut until your videos! Thank you
I LOVE your videos! Not kidding, EVERY time I do laying with vinyl, I think your video where i learned how to do it, and continue to be so thankful and amazed!
SO very very helpful and informative. I just got the Cricut Maker 3 and I have the Cricut Explore Air 2 and I am learning an abundance of information with your content.
I wish I heard about Cricut a year ago!!! I had design ideas for pillows. I had only heard of silk screening. I spent a big chunk of money and purchased an all in one expensive machine. It was much more difficult than I thought and I've not gotten the hang of it. A big waste of money, plus hardly any sales. The criscut is more versatile. I'll be watching!!
Just found your channel and OMG thank you!! I just had delivered a "boat load" of Infusible Inks that Cricut had on clearance & I can tell you i'll be having a very busy weekend now. Great job!!
Thank you for replying. After I watched it a few times I deleted my message. I see at around 15:22 you were preheating the shirt, and in the next shot you were placing the design on the shirt. Most people would have realized you took the butcher paper off the shirt and it was the paper inside the shirt that I saw and thought it was still the butcher paper. I am completely new to the infusible ink, so it was totally a mess up on my part. I appreciate you getting back to me though. LOVE your explanations and videos. Thanks
Hey Michael I have ? about this infuseable ink the first piece of butcher paper you put down. Did that ink go through that onto the shirt ot did you move it? Im confused how the ink got onto the shirt through that butcher paper..Im sorry to be a bother...
Hey, I never used infusible ink, so take this with a grain of salt. From what I've seen in this and other videos, the butcher paper is kind of like a baking paper, so that things don't stick to it. Before applying the design, you put a piece of cardstock inside the tshirt and the butcher paper on top, and you heat the tshirt up. For the design, the backing paper it comes with already works as transfer tape, so there's no need to use normal transfer tape as you would with vinyl. What you do is, after you've heated the tshirt up, you place your design with the ink on the tshirt, WITHOUT removing the transparent backing paper, then you place the butcher paper on top of it, and then the press, so that the ink is directly in contact with the tshirt, but your press is protected by both the backing paper and the butcher paper. Once you're done, you take the press and the butcher paper off but leave the backing paper on, until is cool enough to remove the backing paper as well. Hope this will help^^

Hey Michael I have ? about this infuseable ink the first piece of butcher paper you put down. Did that ink go through that onto the shirt ot did you move it? Im confused how the ink got onto the shirt through that butcher paper..Im sorry to be a bother...
I'm trying to find that out too...
