New 2023 Toyota Yaris - Subcompact Hatchback Facelift

Toyota Motor Thailand has revealed yet another facelift for the Toyota Yaris, this time with major design changes. The ASEAN-market Yaris debuted in 2013 and received its first major update in 2017, with the next one set to arrive in 2020.
The Toyota Yaris has been updated for 2023 with a sportier-looking front end thanks to the brand's latest 'Hammerhead Design' DNA. This includes a more aggressive-looking front bumper as well as sharp projector LED headlamps with daytime running lights.
The 2023 Toyota Yaris has a new rear bumper design with faux air outlets and a diffuser-styled decoration with carbon fibre patterns. A new set of 15-inch wheels completes the look of a sportier and more aggressive-looking Yaris for 2023.
Inside, there's a 4.2-inch Optitron multi-info display, a larger floating-style 9-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, and two USB type C charging ports for rear passengers.
The same 1.2-litre 3NR-FKE four-cylinder engine produces 92PS and 109Nm of torque under the bonnet. This is coupled with a Super CVT-i transmission package that provides a respectable fuel consumption rate of 23.3km per litre of fuel.
The 2023 Toyota Yaris comes in four variants, with prices ranging from 559,000 baht to 694,000 baht. The four variants are Sport, Smart, Premium, and Premium S.

Probably cheaper to make this version for the market it's sold in. Don't think it's a hybrid for example. Could also be to do with the factory and who builds the Yaris for Toyota in that part of the world ( older tooling, shared platform, built under licence etc )
