@BruhTV Yes they did. But they brought her back to close this out for Cliff and the original Nina who is his friend in real life wanted to help him and also leave a good memory of them and they wrote it out to have them move to Denver, Colorado, to close out this memory forever in the fan's eyes.
@BruhTV Yes. It seemed like the soap opera just kept getting worse from after Jenny died. I just couldn't really get into it again.
@BruhTV I agree. I could not get into the Dixie character or some of the others that came afterwards.
@BruhTV I guess I didn't get that far into the soap. I stopped watching it in 1984 and then off and on throughout the years, but never could get back into it again. I think I remember Haley. Was she the blonde? If it's the one I remember, I did not!

Four marriages?? They shared memories but broke up and then got back together in 1989 when he was leaving the show to become Jack Abbott and because the public did not approve of his and Angie's marriage due to race. They brought Nina back to just close this out. It was a pretty crappy way that he did Angie and in reality it would not have ended that way. Was Nina actually divorced yet from Matt? It was just too pat and dramatic. So that's soap operas for you.
