not really, this is probably not even 1% of what med school teaches you, well, technically, medical school doesn't teach you anything, it is mostly self study.

@sonykhan8392 thank you for this breakdown. My issues that have started just this year seem to be coming in a cycle. Much like when a lady has her monthly menstrual cycle. I am post menopause and haven’t had that to deal with in over 15 years. Do you have any feedback causing motility rate starting to slow down as aging happens? This seems to happen over a 2 to 3 day period With stomach, bloating and distention until bowel movement happens at the end of that cycle. Only happens occasionally, and the first indicator is constant, very dull ache above the bellybutton which leads to the other items over the two or three days. Any feedback you have would be appreciated.
Great video, very helpfull Just one thing to avoid confusion, when you were talking about the aorta, the flow in the graphic was going up, but it should be going down.

it can irritate the the rectum if you put pressure on the abdomen since the lumen is already distended from stool. In rare but sever cases of increased pressure due to an obstruction you may even have burst intestine subsequently leading to sepsis.

Why do you need to empty the bladder prior abdominal examination?
it can be uncomfortable for the patient during palpation
