Gujarati may isko muthiya kehtey hain. Isey palak, methi, muli ke pattey, lauki, cabbage, palak+harey pyaz, arbi ke pattey se bhi bana saktey hain. Makka atta, bajra atta, jowar atta, sattu ka atta, besan, gehun ka atta . . . in sab ke sath bhi bana saktey hain, sab mila kar ya ek do mila kar. Traveling may bhi bahut convenient hota hai. Bachon ko sabzi khilaney ka best tarika hai.
Aap ne yeh healthy dish apne channel par dal kar isey aur popular bana diya, uske liye thank you.
Sardiyon may kacchi haldi aur aamba haldi milti hai, jo bahut healthy hoti hai. Achar toh banta hai, lekin Gujarat may fresh haldi aur matar ki sabzi banti hai, ghee may, jo khas hoti hai. TH-cam par recipe mil jayegi. Agar aap usey bhi popularise Karen toh Kai logon ko fayda hoga.
