I've actually been reading Tj. Klunes' series 'Green Creek' and although I have yet to read Cerulean Sea, I must say that Green Creek is an absolutely amazing series with a plot full of twists and turns that'll leave you on the edge of your seat. I really love his poetic and yet humourous writing style. I seriously love the series and all of its characters. I don't think that him trying to have representation can really be labeled as trying to be 'woke', to be honest, i think the representation in Green Greek was very well done but I will be checking out this book myself.

Sounds totally overrated...
Not to me, I'm sixteen chapters into the book and I think it's amazing
