Also I included some footage from Band-Maid performing at Lollapalooza (2023). Featuring "Dice" and the extended guitar solo from "Hate?"

Kanami doesn't need longer solo's because she's so busy each and every song, it's like every song is a constant solo. PLUS, they are an "All for One and One for All" band. No one member will dominate a song constantly, they are all equally in the spotlight together. That's why, IMHO, is the reason they have been together making great music for 10yrs now......and getting better every song, "Shambles" being proof of that.
Like 'Glory' this was another anime theme song commission. This one was for the season two closing theme for the Netflix fighting anime, Kengan Ashura.

The Lollapalooza set was just awesome, and especially the Dice/Hate? Combo is terrific. You can see and feel even through the screen that the ladies really enjoyed it. Maybe I'm wrong, but I imagine seeing a new kind of 'looseness' with them, which suits them very well. 🔥🤘🏻

In April they released a Live Video of their Tokyo Garden show in January this year then a 2 Volume CDs 10th Anniversary Best of. The best power trio in rock clip was fantastic. Great reaction- Thanks.
Shambles was done for an Anime TV show, so releasing it now probably ties to the TV show.

BM does not play any passage or solo more nor longer than NECESSITY. That’s how I understand their music. What do you think?
X Japan my friend. It's nothing personal, but it the current craze of the "in" Japanese bands, especially the all girl bands, (and the ones that do J-pop singing and dancing to metal), drives me crazy becasue you can't get anyone to check out X Japan, the "Elviis" of Japanese bands.
As a massive fan of X-Japan, that is an incredibly embarrassing and awful take. Close-minded, much? Having seen both bands, X-Japan is an incredible arena-rock band. Band-Maid is an incredible heavy rock/melodic pop-rock band. And they both rock HARD live. So why bitch about the scene? Ugh…🙄🤦🏻
