E2 Visa is only meant for citizens whose countries have the E-2 treaty with USA. Pakistan, Canada, Mexico etc have this treaty with US. INDIA & CHINA do NOT have this treaty with the US. E-2 Visa does NOT apply to Indians. This hindi video is ONLY applicable to Pakistani citizens and citizens of other E-2 treaty countries.
