for the cake : milk ½ cup
white vinegar or lemon juice 1 tbsp
sugar ¾ cup
cooking oil ½ cup
flour (maida) 2 cup
cocoa powder 1/3 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda ½ tsp
warm water 1 cup
for ganache :
flour (maida) 1/3 cup
sugar ¼ cup
cocoa powder ¼ cup
milk 400ml
butter 2 tbsp
for the chocolate syrup :
sugar ¼ cup
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
cooking oil 2 tbsp
milk 1/3 cup
** baking tin size 6 inch **
Baking time: bake preheated oven at 170c for 45 to 50 minutes
CUP SIZE : FULL CUP 250ML | HALF CUP 125ml | 1/3 CUP 80ML | 1/4 CUP 60ML | 1 TBSP 15ML | 1/2 TBSP 7.5ML | 1 TSP 5 ML | 1/2 TSP 2.5ML !
