for one way ANOVA test, one condition is 2 or more variables, what is meaniing of 2 or more variable, i am sure these are not x factor because while testing you are using just one x factor at a time to test in minitab

As we work on samples not population so there is some adjustment done by Minitab on r sq value.

X has 2 or more variables eg shift is one of the x then morning and afternoon could be 2 variables of x
