I have it, and it's great. The sound signature is very enjoyable, not bass-heavy or treble-heavy. The only caveat is that the 3.5mm version doesn't have a mic or inline control buttons. So, for skipping songs, playing, pausing with inline controls, or handling calls, it’s not usable. Buyers should keep that in mind. If such inline controls or mic is needed, you need to buy another compatible cable which has such features.
@@tejos4xyz is there any sound quality difference bw them? My phone does have 3.5mm jack i really don't care that much about mic so if there is any difference I'd prefer the one with better sound quality and if both are same then obviously the dsp for mic

Yeah, the lack of in-line controls and mic is a bummer here. You could also consider the Tangzu Waner classic. It's very good and is similar to the CHU 2 with slightly lower mid range and softer bass. It should work well with your DAC.
Some of them do. The problem is, it's not easy to tell which is good and which one isn't. In general, it's better to get one with a dedicated amplifier chip, like the Audiocular D07

Hm.. I've noticed the BL03, despite having a good mic, tends to pick up some electric interference in the mic sometimes. The CHU 2 DSP may be better suited to handle those.
Hm.. there are many budget ones, but usually they'll perform quite average. You can consider the Audiocular D10. It's available around 800 or so. Good quality.
A TWS will have significantly more bass and a V shaped audio curve. They'll sound very good, punchy and fun. But IEMs are often designed for a more realistic sound representation. It depends on personal preference.
They seem pretty generic, to be honest. They'll most likely have the oversaturated bass like most earphones do, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, if that's your preference.

Currently I’m using iPhone 13… As sale is going on, I’m planning to buy either from Amazon/ I’m okay to buy from conceptkart as well…😅😅

I'd go for the Castor. It's overall a better choice. But keep in mind, it's sharp treble may be uncomfortable for some people over long durations. You could also consider the Blon BL03. It's awesome for this purpose.
Ideally, the quality shouldn't differ between the two. The only difference is, with the DSP, the earphone's DAC will do the processing, and with 3.5mm, the phone's DAC will be used. As long as the phone has a good quality one, there shouldn't be a big difference
The Castor has sharper top end due to its additional balanced armature drivers. But the Moondrop CHU 2 is built better and has warmer bass. I personally prefer the sound from the Chu 2. But if you want that sharpness in the treble and want a mic (CHU 2 doesn't have one), the Castor is a better option. That said, I think most people trying IEMs for the first time would enjoy the CHU 2's mid range better, without the fatiguing top end.
You can consider the DSP version of this CHU 2 IEM. There's also the Salnotes Zero around this price, which is quite good. But I suggest the Chu 2 DSP first.
