The most dangerous way to make balloons float without helium is to use hydrogen which is also a bit liter than helium but it's very flammable and if you add a bit oxygen to it, it could explode

Hi there! Because the balloon is curved, less of the surface of the tape would be making direct contact with the balloon and the ceiling simultaneously. When creating a tube shape where two separate adhesive surfaces are involved, both the ceiling and balloon get full coverage without being dependent on conforming to either’s shape. Also, some separation between two distinct yet ultimately connected surfaces allows for a bit of movement for the balloon to contend with light air currents resulting from open doors and windows or passersby, and this makes the balloon much less likely to pop or be loosened from its hanging position on the ceiling. Scientifically, there is one way o make it float without helium a gravity way,
Steps:
1. Use a sofa or soft things you can use your hair as well.
2. Blow a balloon and rub it on your soft thing
3. Quickly and gentle as you can climb somwthing and slowly put it on the roof(up wall)
And it will stick there, it may not work if you are not gentle however it won’t work in cold weather
